Lead Attorney and Branca aren't really lawtubers though. Lead Attorney I don't think was ever considered fully part of Lawtube, he was more off doing his own thing, and Branca is not really a streamer first. I think Joe and the Australian dude may be included in his 4 good streamers. Certainly they have both been on Nick's streams lately.
If they're doing law on youtube, they're lawtubers. If one has to label themselves lawtubers to be considered one, no one would be lawtubers. Remember the legalbytes drama that led to nick denouncing it as a term, making everyone dodge the term because he has power back then? And then he somehow still uses it to this day?

And he's also called Nick gay and been increasingly open with criticism.

It's not whether anybody actually has a serious issue with Nick. It's whether thin-skinned Nick perceives members of Lawtube as not kissing the ring Balldo enough. Both Sean and Andrew have been pushing their luck in that respect. Sean moreso than Andrew. Nick gets the most angry when he feels slighted by people he believes should be subservient to him.
The funniest part is how catty and passive aggressive he is about it. Nicky Nightshade the balldo bitch is displeased with her vassals.

Nick is defending texting and driving now? Stupendous!
They he got an interview with Kyle Rittenhouse which was a big deal. Nick reacted to it by not preparing for the interview and asking questions of Kyle that were stupid and/or legally dangerous for Kyle to answer.
This definitely counts as a stupid question, but you forgot the part where Nick tried to make really cringeworthy sex jokes and I believe asked Kyle (not even 20 years old then IIRC) what he thought about hentai/tentacle porn specifically, to which Kyle of course acted visibly uncomfortable and confused.

Even if a lot of current year teenagers know what tentacle porn is or have at least heard of it, that is a wildly inappropriate thing to bring up in an interview like that, with a kid like that.

In this clip, Nick says there's only 4 people in lawtube that can be trusted (plus him...he's a special case cause he won't lie to you and always argues with you). The rest lies and manipulates people into...subbing to them.

Any guesses on the 4?

Nicholas "I guess it's ok to degrade and abuse women you don't plan to marry" Rekieta remembers he has daughters right?

I am sure he was talking one-night stands and such like as BDSM dominatrices.

If you're a natural lifter (aka not on steroids) the real thing you have to fight is recovery. You need to intake enough quality calories to make actual gains and give your body enough time to recover that your subsequent workout won't be impacted by your previous one. The only thing working out for three hours will do will make you exhausted for your next workout.

He definitely isn't. This is such an outrageously obvious lie that he rattles off so nonchalantly. You don't get a 6% body fat without serious, disciplined, and frankly dangerous training (and even then, that level of body fat is not sustainable), or unless you're on death's door from anorexia.

I wouls belive 6% alcohol content.

He went worked out each day 2-3 hours with Drexel?
Why do i find this so hard to believe
He ends it with "when any fat person died, noone cared. You don't have to survive at all"
I mean if you do decide to drink 1300kcal in alcohol a day, yes it makes sense not to eat too much else.

However I am surprised by the fact that he is so aware of how much he drinks that he even makes conscious and rational decisions about it, but does not come to the realization that his drinking is a huge problem.

I think the underlying tone of his complaints is: "Actually being Christian is difficult and I don't like any difficulties in my life unless I create them."
You can analyze specific parts. Like the wealth thing is just wrong. There is nothing wrong with being wealthy in of it's self or showing it off but with the pride specifically.. Or the Iconoclasm as being the go to attack vector of formally protestant bitter non Christians. Those feel like Nicky trying to one up Christianity and claim to be more virtuous than your average Christian.
He has taken his approach to everything in life and applied it to Christianity. I know better than you in fact I am better than you at X thing. You can take your advice and shove it. It sounds like a lot of work and besides I don't need advice I am perfect.

True, though it seems to go beyond thinking that he's better than most Christians. Nick actually thinks that he is playing chess against God. He said so last year during the "worst time" of his life. Nick also has a particular dislike for conservative Christians (Catholic or otherwise). Nick has been somewhat consistent in his approach. Nick doesn't outright say he's better than other Christians, but he does allege that other people are just like him quite a bit (possibly to normalize his behavior).

Nick is also open about his degeneracy, hedonism, and heresy because he thinks there's nothing anyone can do about it. All this while he worries/complains about how his community views his behavior and argues why they shouldn't think that way.

This goes beyond Nick just wanting to do what he wants or thinking being a Christian is too hard. Nick is attempting to use Scripture against Christians, Christendom, and God Himself (if he can) to win his "chess match" against God. This is likely a contributor as to why Nick can't just walk away from God and be done with it.

For all his lawyering of Scripture, Nick's weakness is that he is unfamiliar with God's Law, Scripture in general, and how they apply. This is evident in the way he asks questions without bothering to research the answers. There are ways to criticize individual Christians and aspects of Christian culture, but just asking questions and then pretending the answers don't exist is not recommended.

He watched that one Ingmar Bergman movie where that guy plays chess with Death (and loses) and decided to base his entire retard philosophy around it just like he bases his approach to mid-life crises and cuckolded angry chip-eating rants around American Beauty.

Allow me to present a thesis:
Lady Rackets is not a good mother. Let me explain.
  • Her children are 'homeschooled,' yet all Rackets can talk about is how he is driving his kids around all day. Are they getting no schooling at home? Is Our Wife not capable of teaching them? There are many programs where the parent barely has to do anything, just grade work, it is actually not super intensive, especially for older children.
  • She cannot drive. If her kids are always at activities, and Rackets is constantly having to drive his kids around, that impedes on his job (if he had a real job LOL). She cannot take her own kids to activities, that no doubt she signed them up for.
  • She doesn't cook or clean. We know they have a house keeper. If she doesn't drive, doesn't have a job (that we know of), and she doesn't clean, what does she do?
  • She is on several psychotropic medications. Obviously there are many people that need drugs to function correctly, and there are some people that need antidepressants, but I don't think antidepressants, combined with the above reasons is very good.
Bonus reason, related to cooking:
Her cooking is so bad that Rackets has had to resort to drinking to get his caloric intake for the day. Lady Rackets has made Rackets hate solid food so much he has resorted to liquified barley, wheat, and rye for his sustenance. Sad state of affairs.

WTF? His eyes actually rolled to the back of his head as he licked the bottle.

I disagree. If they're doing law on YouTube, they're legal YouTubers (or some other name). I think the phrase "LawTube", as used by Nick or people in his sphere in recent years, is pretty narrowly defined as the community of streamers around Nick Rekieta. LegalEagle is a legal YouTuber, but was never a LawTuber. Someone like Legal Bytes or even Emily Baker used to be, but no longer are.

Nick's denouncement of the term was singularly because of his "I DON'T LIKE DRAMA, I'M DONE WITH DRAMA" mantra as he engaged in drama. It's now pretty clear that always relished the position of authority in LawTube that he effectively had even if he feigned disclaiming it. As indicated by his vanity license plate. He bought the Mustang a month or two after saying that LawTube was stupid during the Legal Bytes thing.

This weird dispute between Megan and Kurt, and the later coverage by Andrew),seems to have impacted LawTube. Not because of anything involving the dispute itself, but because Nick appears to have realized that the participants are not supplicating to him and maneuvering for his approval the way they would a year ago. I think Nick is realizing his license plate is now out of date. At least the hat could still be of use at a Hedo costume contest.

I usually don’t rag on Kayla, but if she’s not driving the kids, cleaning, teaching, working, shopping or cooking dinner, wtf is it that she does???
I've come around to the idea that Kayla cooks dinner but Nick isn't around for it and makes ramen or canned chicken or whatever after midnight instead. My guess as of right now is that Nick is way lower functioning and Kayla is way higher functioning than the thread has speculated (noting that the bar set for the latter to clear is quite low) though Nick has probably gaslit her into thinking it's the opposite.

Nick in the food deprivation/1300 kcal video framed his weight loss and diet strategy as a deliberate choice to be in control.

But the binge drinkers I know personally totally deprive themselves of any sustenance on drinking days, not because they aren't hungry, but instead because they are averse to anything at all that might interfere with their buzz.

Could be Raynaud's phenomenon. The discoloration shouldn't carry over passed the fingers though.

Could be related to his mystery "worst day" diagnosis (Raynaud's is classically associated with lupus).

Could also be triggered by Modafinil or whatever other stimulants he's abusing.
I have another theory but I would need Nicky's cooperation to know, he reads his thread and it's a really simple test tough, so he could do it.

Nicky, can you hold your hands like you're doing a prayer sign for 15 seconds? appreciated.

Planning is difficult.

I was watching that Elissa Clips video, and this part stuck out to me. For some reason it reminded me of Chaggot and his bizarre obsession with black people's muscular bodies. From that infamous 10-hour Baked Alaska stream, when Chaggot was whining about how easy black people have it, and how they don't have to do any work to be muscular.
