What lazernig is referring to the T-72 being more expensive are the first few years of production. It cost more to produce because the T-72 just entered production and the T-64 already being defacto mass produced despite the two formally entering service around the same time.

Parts were also standardized. It seems like lazerswine just threw out a claim that sounds real hoping it would stick. But yeah, Warsaw Pact members all produced for each other. While Poland, Czechoslovakia, and even Bulgaria possibly? (This is a more recent discovery) produced and had final assembly of T-72s all the members including DDR, Hungary, and Romania produced components. Such as DDR producing optics for Czech T-72s. The only significant difference between Warsaw Pact and Soviet T-72s is literally the armor scheme for the hull front which is irrelevant for logistics.

Iraq, is a bit difficult. There's indications that they never formally produced T-72M1s in any real numbers at least, just produced significant amount of components to make a few prototypes to be shown off at the Baghdad Arms Expo in 1989. Though it isn't clear ATM. India did produce T-72M1s, that is more obscure knowledge

It really is a shame The Tank Museum gave LaserSwine a platform to spread he retarded dribble, I thought your museum was about teaching people, not lying to make X Group look retarded. (Though that is what a lot of people do anymore regarding the germans)

Give it time guys who try to form circle jerks online tend to become irrelevant because other smarter people will eventually outsmart them and bring more evidence. Lazerpig is quickly becoming the Vaush of the Military History sure short term he might drag some names through the mud but ultimately he's going to look bad in front of everyone and look like an idiot.

In the same way Whatifalthist became the bane of Breadtube by not only making videos critiquing Marxism but ended up making Vaush look like a moron because he turned out to be better read on philosophers like Simone d bouvaue and other post modern theories. I think lazerpig will inevitably have that moment quite soon.

Youch. I love Bovington (been there myself a few times and it's a great museum) and their channel is usually quite good, but letting that poofter on is not a good look. Not going to subject myself to the video- he's certainly no David Fletcher and I have a low tolerance for cringe.
(I would still recommend the museum though, they have some really cool stuff there. Including this tiny little thing, which my mother completely fell in love with and dubbed the "picnic tank" due to its hilariously diminutive size.)

Ok watched it all. Basically just a video of him going thru the museum and talking over it. Has a lot of opinions on different vehicles. Personally I was playing World of Warships to get thru his bullshit, but I'll say this much, other than I believe the Vickers Valiant and Ferret, he was sucking off britbong stuff a lot. Also excused the Finnish for using the swastika, which I find funny given his politics.
