There wasn't a Paul Mendoza in CO, and I did notice that Sky Nelson was listed with a NY address.

Colorado is a Compact state but IIRC New York is still pending legislature, so if they gained certification in CO it wouldn't transfer to NY.

Regardless, if someone lost their license or had it legally encumbered, especially at a low entry level, there would be a record of it. It's not like a troon rumor where you just whisper.

The kiwis who tracked them seemed to think that Kindness was the one in control, turning Bonnie into her caregiver and slave while she sat in an empty bath at home.

I do think the “embezzlement” part is just DARVO lies, since Bonnie claimed the tranchers owed him money, which it’s far more believable that they stopped paying for living there after the fall out or something like that.

Another possibility - the value of the property, on paper, fucking doubled in 2022 after Bonnie left. Jen could be using some twisted logic that they deserve part of that equity, even though they probably took a quarter mill off the value with their slovenly living habits.
