Interestingly, this is one of the ways tankies justify the whole Molotov-Ribbentrop treaty that resulted in lots of these nations that are angry at Russia now getting carved up or forcibly annexed.

The important part of buying books is actually reading them, and then doing your own research. I have a great book on the XB-70 Valkarie program. In no way does it make me a expert. I'd need to get inside the plane and look at it for one, talk to some people that worked on it or at least have done a shit ton of research on it themselves. Animarchy is a propagandist and not a very good one. Skims a few pages from a single source, takes it as gospel, makes a video

The short version of it was that Hitler and Stalin made a deal to cut up east Europe into two seperate blocs. Soviets got the Baltics, Finland, and a slice of Poland while in return, Hitler got the rest of Poland and a trade deal that allowed Germany access to Soviet oil.

That's one of the more interesting things I've learned. Stalin might have wielded power like a sledgehammer, but thought long and hard about where the blow fell and who's finger prints were on it.

Him actually having a critical thought about Stalin would be earth shattering. The man was a monster. Actually evil. But that doesn't mean he wasn't smart or the right leader for WW2, given the situation. Animarchy wouldn't even be able to say that much.

The story behind why Finland used the Swatiska is pretty funny.
Back when Finland had its own civil war between the whites (good guys) and the reds (commies).
The whites beat the shit out of the reds and They needed to build up their military.
Their first Aircraft they got, was donated by this guy:
This is Eric Von Rosen, a nobelman from Sweden.
He used the swatiska as his personal symbol and the Finnish airforce horned him by using the Swatiska as their symbol.
Also, Hermann Göring was his brother in law.

Because he'd just look like an overweight Drachinifel if he did. His entire brand is built around being outrageous (hence using a grotesque pig as his avatar). He can't just go around looking like a normal human.

Not sure if it was brought up before, but there was a small drama involving peeg and 2S7 pion on xitter. The long and short of it, Pion tried to correct some of peeg's claims and/or doubted their validity, only to be accused of various things for his troubles, including but not being limited to: being called a vatnik, begging for money, and the heinous act of being mean to him.
He then tries to join his discord, ask him what that's all about and find a solution and gets instantly banned by his jannies. This is then followed by peeg making up even more claims about Pion, more specifically going into his DMs on xitter and telling him that RedEffect is better than him (lol).
