Patrick Sean Tomlinson / @stealthygeek / "Torque Wheeler" / @RealAutomanic / Kempesh / Padawan v2.5 - "Conservative" sci-fi author with TDS, armed "drunk with anger management issues" and terminated parental rights, actual tough guy, obese, paid Quasi, paid thousands to be repeatedly unbanned from Twitter

I'm sure both it and The Sword From The Sky are online somewhere, search engines have just become incredibly cucked and nobody gives enough of a shit about Fatrick to get them onto the mainstream sites.

I'm tempted to get the free month of Kindle Unlimited to try and rip them myself, but I don't know if I want his wererat fetish erotica in my kindle history.

The numbers keep going up. 200-300 tweets per day this week.

Reminder that he took the plot (including using other Dickens characters and Scrooge's death) from an existing book and added murder and Tiny Tim.

Also the "Seasons Greedings" chapter title reminded me of this play called "The Revenge of Tiny Tim" I found and forgot about until now. I hope the villain is capitalism.

All of these are cringe, as is pretty much any author glomping onto an existing much more talented author's work with their "quirky new interpretation".

Hasn't Fatrick said he barely reads books, or if he does he never rereads them? Really can't see someone with a 1.2 GPA actually having read any of Charles Dickens' other works, so I'm guessing his versions of characters will be eerily similar to existing parodies of those characters. Like if he puts in Pip from Great Expectations they'll be identical to the South Park version. Or all his knowledge of 19th century London will come from watching a playthrough of Assassins' Creed Syndicate by DSP.

Pat Openly promotes the service that has put him and his wife's life in danger dozens of times.

It's obvious writing the Tiny Tim book is like trying to squeeze blood from a stone for Patrick. He's so fixated on word count and reaching "novel length", like a student struggling to pad a term paper.
Rate me late, but has he written scenes of graphic violence into any of his other works?

If this is the first time he's writing some violent scenes in detail, I want to read that.

That part of the Tiny Tim novel was written last year. Maybe he'll go full Berserk while pretending the bad guys in the novel are Quasi and Dan Mullen now, but it'll be flowery and full of terrible one liners.

bonus points if tiny tim yells "DOYOUHAVEANYIDEA"

I can't remember if this has been posted here before but he actually had the gall to mention her in the dedication of one of his books. Hoping that she would "one day find her way home". This is a man who made the conscious decision to abandon her for life because he was butthurt about the fact his friend ran off with his wife.

He is just a cunt of staggering proportions.
It's always bullshit, meaningless gestures like this. He didn't set aside any money from that book to give his daughter.

And there is zero chance she will ever stumble on the dedication.
I can't imagine the resentment his daughter holds. He literally abandoned her, waived his rights. Can you imagine how much she's cried? Probably a lot. Fuck you Pat
She has no feelings or attachments to her because before she was born, the state of Wisconsin felt it was necessary to strip him of his basic paternal rights and block any contact initiated by him until she reaches the age of 22.

And despite Pat trying to make this sound like it's no big deal, it's an extreme legal measure.

It comes across to me like he reads the wikipedia/cliff notes summaries of these books. He’s too lazy and retarded to understand the deeper meaning of a story and needs to have his hand held in “getting it.”

This is the same person who thinks Disney goyslop Star Wars is deep, badass, and cool. These stories are about as complex as he can handle on his own, and his own writing reflects this.

She also had a second, better father step in to take Patrick's place.

I thought he willingly signed away his paternal rights?

Other people in this thread have stated that it is really difficult to sign away paternal rights, even in cases where the father is a massively retarded crack addict with no sense of responsibility for others and barely any relationship with any child of theirs.

It really doesn't sound like that courts were in the habit of removing parental rights from fathers unless there was some really major reason.

Edit.
This post from Anominous is where I got the impression it was Fatrick's choice.

Whoever talked this creep into signing away his parental rights did that kid a huge solid. Also I don't believe this shit as described. This is not how this process works. Courts do not like terminating parental rights because this usually means terminating parental obligations as well, and they don't want kids ending up wards of the state. He did something fucked up, and it would indeed have been an anchor on her life to be connected to this freakish character.

It didn't originate with me, although I'm pretty sure it's true. Usually absolute termination of parental rights isn't done except for the most severe danger to the child. You'll occasionally hear stories about some rich family who has their daughter get knocked up by someone so undesirable even a shotgun wedding isn't on the table, and they'll give him a choice of very bad things happening to him or taking a payoff to go away forever.

I think he agreed to it because while his behavior was atrocious, it still ended up pled to a disorderly conduct charge. It wouldn't have justified terminating parental rights entirely by itself. They'd usually just give full custody to the mother. So I think he not only had to have agreed to it but to the factual basis for it.

Family courts don't like terminating parental connections entirely and permanently, because this can end up meaning the kid ends up in the state's care and can't get child support. So the "best interest of the child" analysis they go through means they literally thought the child would be better off having no contact with her biological father than having this fat piece of shit as a father. Also, she had a second, better father by that point.

They also really don't like the idea of a father just shrugging off his obligations and walking away scot-free.

Anyway, I think it was an inference someone drew and I agree with it. I think it's almost certain he had to sign off on it.

But family court records are often not available to the public, especially when they involve the details of minors.

If not, he did something even more fucked up than the threats.

I volunteer with veterans. I get a lot of guys that have utterly destroyed their lives through drug/alcohol abuse and criminal convictions. I've never even heard of someone that knows an individual who has "signed away" parental rights.

You can lose visitation. You can lose the right to make medical decisions, etc. This is Pat being told by the state that he is not to contact this girl until she is 22.

They don't do this to people on death row for murder.

She also had a second, better father step in to take Patrick's place.
And when Patrick doesn't get the reaction he wants from his abandoned daughter, he is going to verbally attack him to her. She'll love that.

He apparently has Scrooge talking cockney, which has already be discussed in this thread as completely misunderstanding the role the cockney accent had historically and the fact that Scrooge, as an upperclass businessman, would not use it.

Patrick absolutely overstates how much he has read. His justification for saying he doesn’t reread is that he doesn’t have time between all the books he’s reading. He constantly posts about the tv shows and movies he’s watching, but I don’t think we’ve ever seen posts about books he’s currently reading. He’s posted about books before, but universally after a tv show or movie for it has already come out, and he only parrots pop culture talking points about it (his stance on Dune is especially egregious). Patrick hasn’t read a damn word of literature (including his own logorrhea put to print he calls books) since he got his 1.2 gpa diploma.

This is why there is speculation that he, Fatrick, really must have pushed for this to be the outcome.

Whatever he is guilty of, Fatness, narcissistic tendencies, stupidity, threatening pregnant women and babies, he isn’t, pepperoni farming excepted, a mass murderer or criminal mastermind.

As it’s so unusual for parental rights to be forcibly removed, even for far worse crimes, he must have either thought of this as some weird power play or whoever was advising him thought that even him being an absent father but obligated to send financial assistance every month was worse than him not being in her life.

That said, referring to the former of it being a weird power play, it might have been him meaning to threaten to withhold his financial aid if Adrien didn’t do something he wanted.

For example, “If you marry PCJ, I won’t give you a dime for our daughter.”

Knowing how much of a stubborn fat wanker who still fights long lost battles with his toilet on twitter, I can imagine if she called him on a threat like that, he would see it through.

Annabelle's birthday is almost exactly 9 months after Patrick's. So there is some speculation that she was conceived during Patrick's once-a-year birthday sex, and that he "pulled out too late" (on purpose), hoping that the baby could save their dying marriage. Once it was clear that she still wanted to leave, he wanted nothing to do with his child.
