Honestly once you have enough of a following- particaurly when they're mostly children- it can only ever die a slow death. Eventually he will become too embarrassing for even the most ride-or-die fans to associate with, and then too unpopular for potential new fans to even 'discover.' He'll just fizzle out into obscurity like the dozens of other creators that failed to maintain a presence, but a lot less gracefully.
The only real way to instantly torpedo your brand is something particaurly abhorrent like being an animal abuser or kid diddler, and we're talking about a Minecraft youtuber here, so don't count him out yet.

The very consistent trend you can observe across all his stuff is that anything that isn't a manhunt video gets considerably fewer views. He found exactly one successful idea, milked it dry, had no idea what to do and so crossed the Rubicon with the face reveal.

"Successful" obviously being in relative terms, mind, because he was still pulling good views even with the weaker stuff before the face reveal, but if he could only keep his explosive growth going off the back of one concept, it was always gonna fade away eventually even if he hadn't pulled the mask off

Reading this had me motivated to look it up, and:

In the six videos after his face reveal, one of them is the un-reveal, which clickbaits REMOVING the reveal video which is blatantly still up (which I can hardly criticize him for, not like clickbait's uncommon).
But there's also

this one, which is basically an advertisement for one of his songs that he's put on his main channel for promotion purposes since the music video is mostly about his duel with Technoblade. Which, granted, I believe the song was done for charity (feel free to correct me if I'm wrong), but it still feels like it's in poor taste.

So, we'll remove the non-Minecraft content, which leaves us with:
