Maybe I’m in the minority, but I’m not gonna shed any tears if DSP gets his money fucked with. I think some people hear the whole “Phil’s a scammer” thing to be simply hyperbole. He’s literally a scammer. He is emotionally manipulative and lies about why he needs money and what he spends it on. He is fundamentally taking advantage of people, some of whom are actual children and retards. It would be one thing if it was simply some moron like bossmanjack, where you know exactly what your money is going to because he is actually honest and transparent about it, using it live on stream; it becomes a scam when you use (admittedly basic) social engineering techniques to extract money from people for something other than what you claim it to be used for. Especially gross if you’re making almost triple what some working class people make in a year while still greedily crying for more.

I’m not going to advocate for some retard willfully breaking the law to impact Phil financially, but I certainly am not going to feel sorry for Phil either. Do you enjoy Kitboga shutting down scammer bank accounts? Would you feel sorry for a rug pull crypto scammer like Logan Paul if he got his bank account hacked and drained somehow? Additionally, am I wrong to assume this will be as easy as Phil reporting this fraud through the right channels and getting his $500 right back? It was this assumption that lead my belief that this was relatively benign as far as crimes are concerned. If not this is still a fucked up thing to do, but I still just don’t have it in me to care. I think gay ops like trying to report Phil on Twitter for wrong speech feel way more fundamentally evil than this, although they admittedly may be closer in reality than I perceive them to be. Ralph spent years harassing Cog, his girlfriend, and her child. Ralph told Cog to come meet him in Portugal. Cog did and brought Dan. Cog's plan was just to tail Ralph and maybe...MAYBE verbally confront him. Cog told his chat that he wasn't going to confront him like this at the street corner. Ralph learned that Cog was around the corner and went and assaulted Cog first. Dan beat him down. As Cog and Dan went to leave Ralph antagonized them more, which lead to another beatdown. Cog does not have the kiwifarms account and hates the farms. No charges were filed cause Ralph would've been seen as the antagonist. The police even sided with Cog and Dan. Ralph would eventually get drunk + xannied while in Mexico and attempt to call the mexican police on Cog, which would lead to the police coming into his house and having to be bribed for Ralph to not be hauled to jail for his drugs laying around.

DSP didn't know this guy. This guy was a complete nobody. DSP did not invite this guy to harass him. This guy broken many serious laws related to customer privacy and many others to harass Phil. This guy created the Kiwifarms account to just get attention from us. He's likely going to be punished by law since he decided to fuck with a billion dollar corporation with a monopoly on a 'utility'. This corporation has an army of lawyers and army of lobbyists, and kiwifarms can easily fall into the sights of the media or government, who are all looking for ways to constantly attack and shutdown kiwi farms, all because said idiot wanted attention.
