Russian Special Military Operation in the Ukraine - Mark IV: The Partitioning of Discussion

ISW's daily updates of the war have moved more and more away from covering any of the fighting in the war. Nearly all the coverage today was on Russian governmental, political and foreign relations issues. Today's update (the 28th) contained one sentence outlining the seven or so areas where the Russians were on the offensive but saying nothing else.

ISW seems to have reached the point where there is no good news to tell from Ukraine anymore.

As far as the war goes, Ukraine seems to be throwing the last of its offensive units into defensive operations to hold the line at critical points. Those units were already mostly in need of refit after the Great Counteroffensive of 2023. Once they are fully used up, Ukraine is going to be in alot of trouble. They will eventually reach a point where they have no reserves to throw into the line anymore.

Well, when Lindsey Graham said that Ukraine is going to fight to the last man (or else), he meant what he said. Like America told Russia in 1917, you keep dying or the money stops coming. Washington now pays Ukrainian government salaries.

There's still plenty of women with two hands to start kidnapping. Then when they start using kids to operate crew serviced weapons, it'll free up a lot of meat. This'll stop when the money stops or a coup.

Eternal memory to this fallen Ukrainian hero. He died clutching his cock. Never forget, never forgive.

The Final Fap.

This is what in Hungary is called an "Anus mouth". Those fat ass niggerlips always look horrid on any white woman.

More like she needs money for more implants and Botox. I really can't understand why Eastern Yuro women do that to their lips.

Rap and nigger worship mostly. Most people just laugh at it. There is full lips, and there is this that looks like an anus that got stung by a bee. I get it that a knife like mouth isn't the best, but its much better than this.

I genuinely think there will be a coup. Big-Z refuses to listen to his generals and when they say "that city has fallen, we need to retreat and regroup"
Z responds by firing the general for not being patriotic enough and tells the new replacement general "send more troops, have them bum-rush the machine-gun nest".

Weren't they caught using Child Soldiers last year? Either way, not to laugh at their suffering but this whole mess just stinks of karma. Ukraine is a corrupt shithole and everyone knows it, despite the efforts to whitewash them with this pathetic little "war".

They were propped up by Western Money, illegal disease labs, most likely a huge human trafficking ring and a Nazi army that was touted to be a big deal. Now the bill has come due. The biolabs are all destroyed or captured early on, the trafficking ring has been seriously disrupted, the army was revealed to be absolutely pitiful and couldn't hold their ground for a year. All they have left is our money and even that's about to go since Biden is almost certainly going to lose next year and the incumbent probably won't want to piss off voters by keeping it going.

Seems to me that Ukrainians are too stubborn and blame every loss on outsiders that it's unlikely.

The last one is the least likely to happen unless Trump wins. Because Trump has not been drinking from that money laundering country and thus, had no actual blackmail to hold over him, which is why Globohomo seethes from his existence. Any other politician in the US is linked to Ukraine money laundering in some way and Sam Bankman-Fried is the fall guy for their criminal enterprise.

Nobody coups Nuland's little puppet. They would lose US support and it would give Americans an excuse to back out. This is my hypothesis but I could be wrong.

Wait, you're telling me those Abrams tanks we've spent billions developing/producing in case of future WWIII won't actually work in Europe for half the year and are useless for Ukraine? Half-a-mile-per gallon fuel consumption too? If they aren't careful the American taxpayer might realize they've been had.

Yeah, watching the pathetic showing the western equipment and industry has made in this war, I'm feeling less and less worried that NATO will start WW3 by the day. "Oh no, we'll have to wipe your armies out and set up proper governments for you, that will take several weeks, oh nooo!"

The M1A1 tanks, ladies and gents, is designed for a dirtless war. No wonder they prefer CGI and Transformers movies to actual battle. To think that for so many years growing up I thought this tank was so cool.
QRD
- Twice a day, an M-1 crew must rev its tank’s engine to high revolutions-per-minute in order to trigger a pulse-jet system that blasts air out of the tank rather than into it, shooting dust and debris from the back grille (M1ABRAAAP). If they do not do this, it blows a million-dollar engine that cannot be repaired in the field.
- M1A1 Abrams tank filters have to be cleaned for every 12h of operation or the engine and perhaps even the transmission may get damaged, leading to the need for a lengthy overhaul
- M1A1 Abrams has a fuel economy of 0.6 mpg / 0.25 kmpl / 392 lp100km

edit: i just noticed that SaidNoOneEver posted the same link a few minutes ago. Leaving my post up as it's got an abstract and the link to the article.

You must follow crazy Geroman too! That's where I found it.

It's a literal non-issue today. It was an issue in 2001 before they added the automatic cleaner.
The fact that turbines are vulnerable to foreign debris has been known since they were invented.
Running a diesel without an air filter (or with one clogged with dust) isn't a good idea either.

Never trust journalists about anything technical.

  • Putin is undermining the conviction in the West that Ukraine can and must emerge from the war as a thriving European democracy
  • The West could deploy industrial and financial resources that dwarf Russia’s
  • In 2024 at least, Russia will be in a stronger position to fight, because it will have more drones and artillery shells, because its army has developed successful electronic-warfare tactics against some Ukrainian weapons and because Mr Putin will tolerate horrific casualties among his own men.
  • You would think a Trump presidency would galvanise support for Ukraine, as Europe took responsibility for its own defence. One leader privately predicts that support will in fact fragment.
  • Weapons matter, especially air defences and long-range missiles to strike at Russian supply lines, which is why it is crucial for America to approve the latest tranche of aid. Because arsenals are already depleted, more work needs to go into increasing the capacity of Western arms-makers.

These were big criticisms in the very early days of the Abrams. But these are not major issues anymore. They were solved a long time ago. Most of the Abrams sales and deployments have been in the middle east where dust is far worse issue than in Ukraine. Its also been operated by countries with armies as bad or worse than Ukraine.

Yes. They take alot of fuel which has made people like Joe Biden and his defense department very sad. And rest assured that all future weapons systems designs for the US military have to consider issues of carbon footprint and all sorts of "green design" issues.

The issue with the Abrams for Ukraine is its usefulness. Its an expensive high-performance weapons system in a conflict that needs low-cost weapons systems in large numbers. Its being sent there not because its a good fit for their needs, but because they want it really bad.

The issue in Ukraine is also mud and how much the thing weighs.

Sorry to go off-topic on this. This is just a rumor I've heard (I'm not joking). Women who do this are doing it because they normally suck at giving head and give toothy head. So, bigger lips, less tooth-cutting.

If only Zelensky could learn this tactic, then he'd be able to get more money from Biden...

lmao :story:

Someone call a wellness check on the Economist's editor, he appears to be overdosing on cope and sneed. We're getting almost daily articles about factories in europe shutting down and various industries ringing alarm bells about the economic outlook but trust the science media, the west will ramp up their awesome industrial might any day now.

Fuel efficiency makes sense, though. Now more than ever, we’ve seen how effective drones are at taking out convoys, and the yanks need huge and constant convoys of avgas to keep their tanks running. It’s an enormous liability when Russian tanks can just use diesel.
