A Comcast Employee Has Been Fucking with DSP's Internet for Months [November 28, 2023] - Oh it's true.. It's DAMN true!

Shit like this is why my tism senses are tingling with this and how both sides are making more out of a nothing burger, if I didn't know any better, like at all any better, like totally dented. Like doodystreams level, I would swear this is some reverse ops by OIC and his man bitch Phil. Which, doody jab aside....eeeeeh... still seems fishy

By his own admissions this has been happening since Side Scrollers March October March October and NOW it's too much stress to play games, not when it was happening and he didn't know what was going on, but now after the fact and lemme guess cause comcast isn't treating him like belle of the ball.

ehhhh.
Man I hate being a damn lolcow conspiracist, but I feel the same. There was a guy in Phil's chat early yesterday trying to tell Phil that he works at Comcast and can look up his account for him. The screenshots posted don't show anything besides someone looking at his account info. Doesn't show the guy changing anything (doesnt even show he CAN change things like wifi names). Doesn't dox anything not already known. He doesnt show himself resetting Phil's wifi. No proof of them making the payments.

They came in here and posted what i assume any comcast employee could, and said they did things Phil already said were done. No new info. No proof of them doing anything nefarious. Eh who cares i guess.

Even if it looks legit, like this did, there's always the chance of it being turbogayops, like the hooker arc, which got most of the site including Null, and people were threadbanned for pointing out it was obvious bullshit. The thought "nobody would possibly be autistic enough to put this much effort into something this retarded" just doesn't apply when it's the DSPosphere.
It's very simple to edit HTML pages as shown in his 3 screenshots, and he didn't provide any new information. It's always a possibility.

The only reason I side towards it being real is because Phil is a very lazy and technologically stupid person. It's not his MO to go along with something like this.

I'm interested in knowing how many of you are subscribers to Comcast and are concerned about the security implications of using their services. It's difficult to determine if alternative ISPs offer better security, and, in general, the tools available for perpetrating these types of interference seem to exist in third-party services that hire undesirables to handle tier 1 support.

Chances are the guy responsible is WFH and most likely works at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Support.com

What a amazingly shitty way to throw away your job and future. :stress:

They are now directly open to getting assfucked by both Comcast and DSP in civil suits. Nevermind that this may fall under actual criminal issue due to the abundance of FCC laws about interference with broadcasts/internet.

Nevermind that the numbnuts went and bragged about it all over the internet. He better pray he was using a VPN and/or some other way to mask his tracks. Null and others will turn over IP logs if the US government starts asking.

And this, ladies and gentlemen, is why you do not ever pozload my negholep.

You take a risk whenever you plug in personal information into any website or business. Signing up for any kind of service does not come without risk.

Agree to some degree. If this mong is an overseas support tech, then nothing will happen to him. DSP can't file anything for multiple reasons and he knows it. Mainly because he would have to show loss of income which is impossible for him because 1) he is crowdfunded so his income fluctuates like the weather and 2) it would open up a massive inquiry into his overall financials which would be really bad for him. Comcast won't give two shits especially if this is an overseas employee.

Memology has also admitted he reset Phil's router during his last night working at Comcast too, but billing his bank account erroneously is too much, man!
Because this post received negative reactions, here's receipts:

I was actually incorrect as the dirty nigger admits he used to do it regularly. At least 2 people have abused their wagie position at Comcast to sabotage Phil's income.

EDIT: Damn, I got beaten to it by Extreme Crusader while I was encoding the clip into a more sensible filesize. Lmao, ah well.

More likely Comcast will upsell him a Super-Duper-Valedictorian-Business-Degree Internet Package that he doesn't need.
phil will 100% get upsold on some kind of service package that ends with him spending more money instead of taking some kind of credit payout. phil will end this situation with less money.

the guy was a minimum wage desk jockey at a call center. calling that a "future" is a little much
Eh, IMHO the modern job market is all about getting a foot in the door. You can't really fuck it up once you're 'in', but once you're 'out' (large holes in cv, being let go, etc) it's really difficult.

People who don't understand this also tend to miss the humor in DSP somehow grasping defeat from the jaws of victory by getting fired from Helicopter company where his dad was a manger. It's an incredible feat.

People who think Comcast or Phil are going to be bringing legal action against this guy are equally as retarded as the guy who did it.

Only Phil would go into a depression when he is proven right.
I have a theory that Dave didn't believe a word of what he was peddling and decided to try and drum up "COMCAST IS ATTACKING ME! HAAAAALP!" in a desperate attempt to go viral and get some views. Then @dangreene showed up and presented somewhat believable evidence and it freaked Dave out that some rando in a corporation could fuck with him.

I don't think I 100% believe @dangreene at this point, but what he showed would be good enough for someone like Dave.

Also it's just possible that someone fucked with his laptop since he leaked the whole MAC address yesterday and he doesn't want to admit it.

I'm curious though about that considering her fucked around with billing and made a charge with his card and info that was fraudelent it sounds isnt that something that could bite him in the ass legally?

Judging by the guys actions and his literacy and his failure to even troll by using http instead of https shows this guy had no future anyways regardless of the company.

The writers for this season have given us consistent khantent. 2023 will be a year hard to beat. Although they lose points for reusing a plot line (Memeology already did something similar when he worked there)

Also, big nothing will come of this.
- Guy will get fired (was leaving anyway)
- DSP could but wont sue Comkhast or the ComTard
- DSP will bluster to Comkhast and might get a free month of internet. All will be swept under the rug.
