Half this country takes illegal drugs. In my state it's over half. I would estimate you take a handful of 100 LAers in the entertainment business, add Keith Richards, Angelina Jolie the band The Rolling Stones and Ozzy together and you'd have enough drug purchases to surpass the GDF of some countries.

And they do not have doctors shelling out doses for them, they are just experienced users. Baltimore, Philadelphia and West Virginia have some many Casula drug users, if ODing was a real problem we'd see massive death tolls, but we don't. He didn't die on the pavement either, which would have certainly happened if Chauvin cut off his airway for 8+ minutes. He died later in the hospital, of a drug overdose.
