Damn kinda feels like this kinda spooked him for a bit more than his grocery bags gettin' stolen. And you know how much he tried to make a big deal out of that nothing burger.

Is it just that depressing time of the year? Tis the season? I don't remember him acting like this much of a bitch about the bank leaks with 9k or whatever made up number "stolen" from him or having his tire stolen.

I think he tends to be more emotional around the holiday season.

You know the prestream was fake because Khet was competent in the story. Jokes aside, Khet being his tard wrangler is incoming, she has to make him get up and go stream, tells him what game to play despite the stream being shorter. This would have been a "what do you guys want? please vote in the poll" type of deal that takes 30 minutes beforehand otherwise.

He wants Comcast to rework their entire workflow that only a T2 support, maybe even one dedicated guy has access to his account info and controls. This would lead to him annoying the fuck out of his contact if anything goes wrong (like a "lag spike" in SF6). He loves this shit so much, it's the thing that got him kicked out of machinima too.

Funny thing is if you whale enough in gacha games you're assigned a personal whale groomer that will pretend to be your friend and take care of you so you spend more money. You get a direct line of contact with them, in some cases including phone numbers for 24/7 assistance about whatever you want, even personal stuff if needed. That's how he got his name changed, let alone beyond the allowed input length.
He probably expects the same treatment from everyone because he's the most important person on earth.
Anyways I hope he finally realized his entire mature adult life is built on such a shaky foundation that one single retard is enough to bring him to his knees.

Internet issues has been a favorite excuse of Phil. He's always been in a tricky spot with it because he wants to seem like a genius who has a special business class internet line that is better than anything some common pleb will have. But a lot of his go to excuses, whether for poor gameplay or being busy, tie into connection troubles. He wants to have his cake and eat it too, before Khet devours the whole thing. I think, like usual, he's being purposefully vague with the details so he can link the comcast incident to any internet trouble he's ever had in the last 10 years. This way, he can still be justified for paying for a super expensive business class internet line that is totally better than standard internet and not at all just related to tech support priority, but he can also be the victim of sudden bouts of lag and upload errors that requires him to babysit every video he uploads. All with the added bonus of being able to paint himself as an enduring victim who is constantly under attack, but still doing his best to provide chill and quality entertainment to all his fans, which is why he really needs your support today.

As far as we can tell, Comcast dude only cried havoc twice. And I could have sworn with one of the supposed incidents, we took a few seconds to google and there were other reported outages and seemingly not an isolated incident. This is starting to get into tinfoil hat territory, but I think comcast dude was about as good at trolling as OIC is at doxing. I assume he really did want to do *something* but he kept messing it up, as shown by the failed attempts to block YouTube/PayPal and...I think Twitter was the other one. He changed some names of stuff that Phil presumably wouldn't know how to look up, and in his one real "victory" messed with Phil's billing. I call this a 'victory" because I think it will be easily reversed, but it is definitely a huge inconvenience for Phil becuase it involves speaking with someone else. I think any impromptu internet resets from comcast dude were a new, last minute addition and were probably a result of "fuck it, I'm quitting" mentality.

Despite his long lolcow career and insistence/paranoia that detractors are always out to get him, Phil has almost no examples to point to, which is why he still leans so heavily on the escort saga and bank leaks, sometimes with a sprinkling of a kind of but not really swatting incident from the Leanna days. Which are big incidents, sure, but when you've been around for as long as Phil has and you can count all your serious trolling incidents on one hand, it really puts into light how inconsequentional he is. Especially since Phil is constantly insisting that he can't do XYZ because of concentrated trolling efforts to ruin his life.

Well, there's something here that still irks me: Phil claimed (and showed) that the wifi SSIDs were 'stealthily' changed. But I'm pretty sure if the SSID changes the PSK also changes and you immediately drop out of the wifi and have to enter the password for the new SSID. It will be immediately obvious what's going on ("why is there suddenly a panda was hotter wifi with full strength?")

When DSP had his big tech support stream a couple of weeks ago and the tech guy had to come to Phil's house, was it really the case that DSP was just disconnected from his wifi and couldn't figure out why his laptop wouldn't work? Really? And no one, not even Comcast support could ask him 'are you connected to wifi?' Or check and see that someone logged into Dave's router and changed all this shit?

It's all very weird. Reality is often stranger than fiction, so maybe it's true and everyone involved is this ineptt (no surprise with DSP).

Moment of extreme entitlement and paranoia from the late stream.

Phil tells us, again, that Comcast called him this morning, but he missed their call. We know that Phil was awake this morning, because he was tweeting at 9 AM. So either, Comcast called him early as fuck, which is possible, or he just ignored the phone call because, as we know, he was just laying in bed for half the day feeling depressed.

EDIT: Thank you to @BScCollateral for pointing out that Phil is in PST, not PDT, which means he was tweeting even earlier, just after 8 AM.

It doesn't really matter either way, because instead of calling them back, Phil goes on twitter, and DM's Comcast Social Media Support, to ask them if the call was legitimate. So it's looking like Phil didn't answer the phone because he thought it may have been a fucking troll. Comcast assures him that the call was in fact from them, so.. what does he do? He gives them his fucking email address and tells them to contact him there.

Phil, supposedly, is the victim of a real identity theft/fraud case, with Comcast, and he will not answer the fucking phone.

He picks up his phone and begins to scroll through his email, looking for anything from Comcast, and then he starts bitching that they're leaving him in the dark, and he's going to actually have to call them if he wants anything to be done about this situation, and then caps it off with a quick victim statement, saying that no one ever helps him.

Anytime hes mentioned the idea of kids he always shoot it down with the idea the trolls would SWAT the kindergarten and just make it impossible for a child to develop. Phil really does use 'the trolls' as a shield to absolve himself of life deicisons. 'Can't go out more than once a week dude, the trolls would stalk me' 'can't have kids Kat the trolls', 'I can't get a normal job because the trolls would ring my boss and say im a pedophile'. Its a mental protection for himself when he makes bad life decisions, its not a choice for him he was forced by the trolls into not doing it, 'nothing I could do'.

He knows he'll be doing this for the rest of his life. And now he's starting to see that he will never have the wider internet's respect and that trolls will always be fucking him. He is an extremely entitled person, and reality is getting in the way of getting what he thinks he deserves.

Yeah, despite Phil being dumb as a knob and probably an autist as well, he does have the minimum of social awareness to realize that laziness and selfishness is generally considered bad.

It’s revolting, but at least his yarns of poorly thought out excuses are mildly entertaining.

It was apparently so bad and such a disruption that Khet didn't even notice until DSP said something about it. Which, for once, I'm willing to believe because if Khet was actually annoyed or upset about it, Phil wouldn't hesitate to use one of the few real examples of detractors inconveniencing him. I have a feeling the actual disruptions were probably in really short bursts and if you totalled it all up, it'd probably be a handful of hours. And maybe not even that much in the grand scheme of things, many of us suspected the outages were real (even if we just chalked it up to normal comcast shenanigans) but they were just temporary inconveniences and Phil was exagerating them to avoid having to play video games/create drama.

Nah, I don't think Phil has that level of self-awareness. I think he's actually fairly happy at the moment because he feels vindicated. He cried wolf and, for once, people saw a wolf. On the other hand, this was one of the least successful drama moments for Phil. Fake drama used to pretty reliably net him close to/above 1k without any real issue. This time, he had a legitimate example of him being a victim and he got hardly any donations. But, again, lack of self-awareness, so I don't know if he's really focusing on that. He's just trying to milk the drama and use it as a further excuse not to actually play video games. Nine times out of ten, if Phil says he's depressed, he's not. You can tell when Phil is actually upset based on his level of ranting. I'm not even joking when I say I think Phil was more depressed about his BK order.
