I'd be hesitant to recommend Stranger in a Strange Land as a starter on Heinlein. The only reason it's not his weirdest is that The Cat Who Walks Through Walls exists.

so you first have to click the actual video, like with your mouse, click the image of the video while its playing and it takes the focus to the scan bar and not the pause/play
once you do this, you can scan back and forwards with the arrow keys lol so yeah a little ghetto, other platforms arent like this
but if you click out of it, like if change the volume, or you pause it or click something else, if you want to scan again with arrow keys you will have to click on the video again

Objectively bad take. Ridley Scott (British) spents almost three hours shitting on the “Corsican Ogre” of British lore. Napoleon is portrayed as petulant, cowardly, and autistic. None of the battles bear even a passing resemblance to how they were actually fought. The perfidy of Albion is completely missing from the film. Scott’s hatred of Napoleon is almost subtly done until the final title card where Scott goes completely mask off and Napoleon is directly blamed for over 3 million French casualties, starting with the 6,000 at Toulon, a battle he fought to recapture a French city from British invaders. Napoleon’s death is included almost as an afterthought despite the fact that he was fucking murdered. Very bad film. Do not recommend.
Beagles are more work than they look. They’re clever but also independent and strong willed. They learn commands and expectations very quickly, but will literally ignore you if they don’t feel like doing it, and they can get away with it because they’re so cute. I love my girl, but she’s a real pain sometimes.

Get a Pembroke welsch corgi. They shed, they drool, nibble at feet when young and they bark but it's so worth it. Best dog to live with humans

Terriers (excepting the shitbull and its variants) are the best dogs. Not the smartest but easily trainable and they have character. Confident, loyal/vigilant, but also independent, not needy, you can leave them to their own devices. Easy to handle and maintain due to their size. You can't go wrong with a terrier. Westie, border terrier, yorkie, many more besides. Even the humble jack russell, they're all good.

Every dog I've owned in life was a terrier or a mix of terrier and something else. It's probably a dog by dog case basis but they were all scary smart dogs. Only one that was close to "dumb" was the first one and that was just because my family couldn't teach him anything other than "sit" in terms of words to do things to. He did however do that fucking grin when he saw people, you know the one from that post where the guy has a pic of his dog making "this fucking face" every time he gets home? That shit. Never seen a dog that does that face aside from my old dog when isaw that pic and it's always stuck with me knowng someone else out there's dog did the same funny shit.
