No doubt, but Sally said he won't listen to doctors. I didn't start listening to this with Chance in mind, but... The delusions, the inability to grasp abstract abilities, with maybe some hallucinations?

Not to mention the lecturer talking about how fetal stress played a big part, and I can't imagine more stress than a premature baby, whose mother hadn't recovered fully from the previous birth. And this interesting bit about how the schizo brain never develops into maturity.

I'm not a shrink but I don't think he's schizophrenic. They tend to believe wild and crazy shit that their mind makes up while Chance is just a compulsive liar and a fucking idiot. A schizo will think Winnie The Poo and Axle Foley are using a space station powered by uniforn farts to track their every movement in their basement, but they won't manufacture evidence to support it.

Chance will. Take the "gunshot" from last year. A rat trap goes off and he pisses himself, someone suggests it could be stray gunfire so he latches onto that story because he thinks it will get him sympathy. Now he takes pictures of his window that do NOT show a bullet hole and then shows a picture of a hole in a that very well may not even be his) mattress as his "proof".

But he's a very low IQ moron, so he didn't think that far ahead. If someone had actually shot at his house and the bullet did go through the window, it would have kept traveling upward and gone into or through the ceiling and roof. But he's a fucking idiot, so in his version of events after it went through the window it magically changed trajectory downward to go through his mattress.

He's a lot like David Stone in that regard, first he creates a narrative in his head and then goes about half assedly manufacturing evidence to support said narrative. Which is why his shit always falls apart under the tiniest bit of scrutiny.

Idk, literally every sign of schizophrenia mentioned after the 30 minute mark is 💯 Chance.

The only one he hasn't shown to have are hallucinations, but he wouldn't mention them because he thinks they are real. The presenter is talking about people inserting themselves into historical events, or imagining conversations and interactions with famous people that never occurred. Chance has already tried to put himself in the lineage of those involved with the Salem witch trials, and all of the conversations with celebrities like Jason David Frank and others that he has made up in his head fit all of this to a t.

He's been batshit insane for a hot minute and he's about the age when it would present itself...

It's not that I disagree, it's just that there's so much more alongside the Akron Sniper Incident. Like the other sniper incident, where he saw a scope in the woods.

It's the weird story about about being contacted by someone in a black Aston Martin, and he calls the cops over it. I can't find the bodycam and recorded call, but the timeline puts them on 9/26/22.

SmokeyMcC once pointed out in one of his old videos that Chance paused streaming, citing he heard a knock on the front door. It was 1am.

There was some bodycam with a cop saying he calls them over scary cars.

And then we have his delusions of grandeur, how he's a household name, above Danny Brown, he's owed millions, etc.

It just adds up too much for me.

Marty showed up with a gang of people, and 4 cars, when he showed up the second time.

In my opinion, he says this kind of bullshit not because he believes it, he knows he's totally full of shit. He says it in hopes that he can convince others to believe it. He's the kid in school who had an uncle who worked for Nintendo, he's always talking about all these awesome addons and games he's getting to test out, but you can't see any of it because it's classified.

Like how he tried pushing the story that he had a few Hell's Angels pay Marty a visit, or he just sent the FBI to shake the tree of one of his trolls.

He thinks that he's way way smarter than the average bear, which is why he thinks he can cook this shit up and people will buy it. But he forgets that he's so stupid he thought a stranger was sending him a magical USB stick, so it never works. He can never show his proof so he just moves onto his next lie.

That's the problem. He's knowingly lied about things (the book he stole), but then he genuinely has trouble with family relations to him. He thought the ice bullet was a ghost, until buddy trolls told him it was a bullet.

It's stuff like attacking his ex-step grandma, because he saw a Facebook post saying she had, "died and gone to heaven" with a cute picture of her surrounded by her grandkids, and puppies. The ex-step grandma told him that was a joke, and he attacked her, because he didn't believe it.

I think that comes from his inability to ever admit that's wrong, because being wrong means that you're weak, and he must always appear to be superior to everyone else. Once he latches onto something that becomes his "truth", and he will keep pushing it as if that's reality.

Like him continuing to claim that Marty hired Kate to go after him. Or how the cops visiting his home over 100 times since the end of 2019 (my numbers may be off) has evolved into the cops have visited his house over 100 times in 2023 alone. Or how the bodycam footage from last summer with 2 or 3 cops standing around became 20 cops who all had their guns pointed at him the whole time.

Chance would rather climb a tree and tell a lie than stand on the ground and tell the truth.
