Weirdly enough when it all happened I saw someone posted a bunch of it in an imgur of all things

Holopirates have the full vod listed as well though they always host through gofile which will expire after some time, so if someone wants to back that up have at it.

Leaving it up would be to IDOL's benefit but Aviel might be shitting himself that his stuff with Kattarina might get exposed and is throwing his weight around hoping people back off.
Too bad Kurou is too much of a fag to go after something that spicy, he'll just go back to arguing about loli with nobodies all day

I could get more behind this narrative of IDOL trying to silence people talking about it if not for the fact that all the other dramatuber videos on the subject remain up, just searched "IDOL EN Termination" and I see FalseEyeD Khyo, Hiro Hei all have videos up on it (and dozens of other lesser known channels), even Kuri Rinji's other video on the topic from days ago is just fine. (surely if they wanted to shut him up on the topic they'd have struck that one too right?)

So I'm seeing 1 stream taken down that used her membership stream within it taken down (and, saw it mentioned elsewhere and went and looked to confirm myself, even Kuri himself stated the takedown was fair because he was streaming their membership content when he was on Kirsche's stream)

And a Plethora of videos talking about the topic that don't use any footage from the stream and just screenshots that were left alone including Kuri's own video on the topic.

None of this is the behavior I would expect from someone "shitting themselves hoping people back off"

It'd be a very dubious claim. The members content was only partially used and it was explicitly in the context of reporting on the news, of which the members content was directly relevant to & evidence of Idol's claims when it came to Riro's firing.
I'd consider it a real long shot in court, but then, it circles back around to the fact that Youtube's DMCA isn't actually a legal copyright claim so it doesn't matter how baseless it is. Still looks pretty shady regardless.
