It was a protest against a nebulous country of which this mob focused in on the falafel shop, an American owned small business. The way that this protest happened it is boarderline a hate crime but it ain't. It's like chewing out Tier 1 Customer Support; they are just a mouth piece for a company. Protest in front of the US embassy, go for it. Either way, I view the American Palestinians as just giving native borns and immigrated citizens a reason to load their magazines after the apparent gun grab. Just like the KKK, I will happily defend these jackal's rights to bark; but I also defend the right to let jackal walk in front of a moving buses.

There's also no freedom where a mob can take away your freedom to do business or travel where you have the right to be. So there are limits on what you can do. It just doesn't seem they were crossed in this case, as absolutely dipshit a move as it is to protest a falafel stand for a war on the other side of the world, or a taco truck to protest immigration, or (pick misdirected bullshit protest).

you know this is actually an interesting one. As long as they didn't violate any laws, either hurting someone, breaking property, or some sort of public nuisance or disorderly conduct statue, I think it's free speech. That said, I think the protestors are at the very least being retarded dickheads to the poor falafel guy, I don't think he controls israeli policy in the gaza strip, but alas being retarded dickheads is not grounds to violate of the first amendment. Being a retarded dickhead is both crime and punishment enough.

These retards have the right to say what they want, and have the right to free assembly to say their dumb shit. That much shouldn't really be questioned, and we do our history a shame to try to take that away from anyone.

What they don't have the right to is the shit they always do, which is gather in large unruly mobs who engage in private property destruction, looting, arson, violence and more. What they don't have the right to do is hunt people down with their mobs and intimidate them.

I heard plenty of retards asserting during Summer of Love that the BLM protests were fine and dandy because the Boston Tea Party happened. Except there were no violent assaults of civilians, no thievery and the only destruction of property that wasn't owned by the crown was a lock on a door that was repaid for by the colonials.

The pro hamas retards don't want to protest they want to scare people into obedience to their viewpoint and that is worthy of shutting down.

If you are as passionate about Europeans as the people in that thread were about Jews, hate speech and everything, I would maybe understand.

How many complaints have you seen about Islamophobia and racism in these forums?

They haven't been right about 1A in years (since ~1982, though they themselves contend they stopped caring in 1999). None of the permissible ways to exercise your right that they describe would be defended by them if you were the wrong kind. They only believe in this for themselves.

Notably, ACLU is to blame for therapeutic abortions and a loooot of other abortion cases (like Roe v Wade, an infamously bad case)

That said, in your screencap, ACLU does not appear to be incorrect.
