Yes and no. I don't think Josh is intelligent enough to understand that paint fumes are bad for you and why people have air ventilation in places that works with stuff where particles can get into your lungs and stuff, plus anything that gets him wasted/high/drunk is a win in his stunted brain.

When alcoholics reach their 30s the hangovers start hitting different and you really get anxious, depressed, easily enraged for at least an entire day after a bender. I think this will be the crossroads for Cobes, whether he can actually manage to cut down his drinking (lol), or whether he switches from "drinks too much but not quite a lost cause" to fullblown have-to-get-my-ascites-drained alcoholic.

You don't gain that much weight in less than 2 months through calorie intake. Not even Nik Avocado gained weight that quickly. It's fast even for alcoholic bloat. Facial edema can have a lot of causes. Unpleasantly, one of them is that a tooth abscess has spread to his jaw. That can cause generalised inflammation and swelling and can be really bad news if he doesn't get some serious antibiotics into him soon. Septicaemia arc would be a short, final one. It could also be that his thyroid has given out.

Or it really is just alcoholic bloat and he's drinking absolutely catastrophic amounts of alcohol. Doesn't look good, toobz.

I just hope that when he finally does keel over, it's on stream so someone can call 911.

2 months is debatably doable to put on that much weight when you're drinking 8000 calories in sugar, Hershey, and honey in one sitting and all the solids you're eating come from fast food door dash or are drowned in Country Croc, but with Josh at this point is just a guessing game, is it the liver that is keeling, is it the kidney's and or hearth, is it the abscesses - all of these would account for the swelling and we don't even bring into consideration the mini-strokes and the health associated problems.
The only thing that is guaranteed is that this next year is going to be very very grim if he doesn't step up, which he won't.

I'd bet that Josh already has the new lizard at his apartment. I don't see Clint buying a new tank/equipment just to temporarily "take care" of a lost lizard. And just dumping it off with Josh is way easier than borrowing / moving the entire (filthy) enclosure back to his house.

Edit: Apparently clint gave it to somebody else.
