I've actually done the potato diet that Penn did. I loved it. If I didn't have to be around other people and eat socially, I could easily see myself mostly eating on the diet. I will say, potatoes with sour cream, butter, salt, and/or fat it better.

Sweet potatoes are a daily part of my eating.

According to USPS, you can mail potatoes.

It's SPUDTACULAR! As with coconuts, potatoes can be mailed without a box. Simply write the address it's going to and your return addresses on the spud, have it weighed for appropriate postage, and it can be shipped as-is. Let someone know they are special. Send a tater!

I did a plain potato only diet for a few weeks to become less fat, it worked well but I was so sick of potatoes by the end of it. I think it definitely needs sauces to be viable.
I recommend Tabasco sauce, 0 calories. Pepper is also another go to.

There are two major goals of the potato diet: losing weight and getting off your sugar cravings. Sweet potatoes or any type of potato is fair game. If you are just looking to lose weight, low/zero calorie sauces, seasoning, and mixing up your potato variety are highly recommended.

I love potatoes but hate peeling them. The potato ricer was a game changer for me.

Last few years I’ll only buy the gold/yellow variety because they’re so dang naturally creamy.

I cannot think of a single form of potatoes I don't like.
Never been crazy about curly fries or waffle fries for some reason. In the UK they sell potato waffles that are like regular waffles but made of potatoes. Those are slightly less off-putting to me but not by much.
