Most autistic thing you've purchased lately - c'mon feel the cringe

A couple years ago when I was following the "most mysterious song on the internet" phenomenon someone suggested it could have been made by a certain almost unknown band, and linked a song from them as an example. That was unsurprisingly a false lead but I noticed the guy who had uploaded the song had one more song off the album which struck me extremely hard in the feels when I listened to it. I downloaded that one for posterity, which was a good decision because a year or two later both of them were gone.

Since the first time I discovered this I've been looking for more recordings from this album but they're absolutely nonexistent and you can't even google this album. But through some miracle I was able to find the album on vinyl for a very agreeable price and fairly close to me, so I bought it today. Can't wait to finally hear the rest of the album, it's like an old dream come true. I just need to fix my turntable first lol.

Got a very good WD Red 500 gig boot drive SSD for my Project Whirlwind PC project

ALRIGHT I DID IT

I wasn't concerned about a scam or something, it's more that I'm always very reticent to make this kind of purchase, and it takes some encouragement to go through with it. Perks of growing up fucking poor I guess.

Very good condition, can barely see my old nickname in it (clearer with good lighting and without the plastic cover; completely invisible in the photo here) but like I said in the previous posts, that's not what matters.
It's now one of my treasures.

Thanks to the ones who encouraged me to get it.

I listened to Off The Wall last night
Best Mike album if you ask me.

I just won a ebay auction - 40 bags of 1000 Makita impact driver bits from a maintenance company that's shut down, for a grand total of £309.53 I doubt I will ever go through them but I got wind of it through a friend of a friend and I'll likely sell a load on ebay and still have enough to last me for a lifetime when it comes to stuff like Torx, Loab etc.

I have another few hours to go and I'm the only bidder so far on two other items various Belt Grinder sizes in various grits but something that WILL be useful for me an will last me years, and a huge array of Grinding an Cut off disks from 3in to 10in, I tend not to use power tools but these are the consumables for the ones I do and are from reputable names and will last me a fucking life time or near as that I won't have to worry about them for a long time.

I wish I found out sooner as they had a fucking HUGE set of End Mills and HSS Lathe Tool blanks, missed that pair sadly but I'm not annoyed about that.

Whatever you do don't sit on it, or you may experience what the French call "the little death." 😱
Oh no; that sounds scary! I guess I'll try not to get hysterical about it.

The vibrating plate didn't end up giving me a pulmonary embolism; feeling of dread might have been due to poor hydration coupled with a headache. It's nice on my feet and legs after work.

Made another attempt to order a display case for my blind box plastic crap. Hopefully this goes better than my last attempt. It's kind of in self defence. One of my current pet rats is insanely destructive even by rat standards, which, if you know anything about domestic vermin, is a nice way of saying that I'm currently sharing my home with the rodent embodiment of Cyclone Tracy. Currently my plastic crap is sitting on top of a cabinet, and it's only a matter of time before she works out how to get to the top and bites massive chunks out of everything because fuck you. I'm getting afraid to let her out to free roam because the damage is adding up and up. I've been looking into getting some sort of playpen and filling it with toys, but unless I make one myself out of cardboard, it's going to cost me a small fortune. Why do flat plastic squares and connection clips cost so much?

I'm a fan of the YouTube channel "The Why Files" and they released a goofy conspiracy theory-themed "Go-Fish" card game (felt fitting with Alex Jones returning to Xitter today). Now instead of matching 2's, 5's and kings, you try to get a set of four Lizard People, Aliens, and Government Cover-ups:

Thought it would be a fun and easy backup game to have for when everyone's too blitzed to play other games when friends and family of all ages come to visit.

Outstanding 👍

Don't forget a high quality scan of that cover you can copy and upload/save in triplicate 😊

I got my Kiwi farms t shirt. It's actually quite nice.
