Nexpo/YT Horror Channels - Do they all suck


I've never heard of "Dr Gloves" before, so that part was interesting.

What I've really been disliking about her videos lately is the whole "let's just hope taking photos of dead kids is all he did..." implications she often throws around. She's been doing this in a ton of videos; as soon as the perpetrator is male, she throws rape into the room. It's not productive, it's not clever, it's just annoying - can we please just stick to known facts?

I like Mr. Nightmare, but his upload schedule is too slow (and videos too short) to really binge his stuff after the first time you go through his channel.

Most replies are just calling him annoying. His pinned tweet is a 5-hour video where he goes through every episode of Courage the Cowardly Dog? I'm guessing he talks about how the show is a little dark which has never been discussed before.

He literally tried to say the show had political messages and had queer coded characters, you know, from a show made in a time before that term was even a thing and queer was still seen as a slur.

The Courage video almost made me unwatch him for those stupid comments I mentioned, but the Tweets responding to Wendigoon have convinced me to stop watching the faggot.

A personal favorite of mine his in depth coverage of the 1997 Jarrell tornado and the aftermath.
However, I couldn't help but notice this rant when it came up on my feed a few weeks ago.

Besides that, another quality channel I recommend is weatherbox. Not as high quality as Alferia or comfy as Pecos Hank but a solid delivery of info in a dry manner.

A friend of mine told me he actually saw that one like 10+ years ago and it could have been a lie to creep me out but he really was not the type of person to do that. He also described it in detail that I don't think he'd make up himself and said he couldn't finish the whole video because there was like some dude screaming at the legless dude to keep dancing but the legless dude was having trouble and saying he couldn't and my friend stopped watching because he thought it was going to escalate to violence or snuff and he didn't wanna see that.
This is when one of the 4chan boards found some really weird websites that just hosted weird video files but something about it all seemed insidious, I don't think anything was ever found though and it just died through lack of progress and interest. This sounds like a creepypasta but he did send me the threads where users were combing through this website and trying to find shit so it did happen.

Worldcorp maybe? I don't remember what it turned out to be but there was some uncomfortable "is this an edgy arg or am I going to have to send an anonymous tip about this in a couple clicks" content associated with that. It was also a big threadmaker on /x/ and a few trickling into /b/ for a little while (I don't think it was a full decade ago though but I could be wrong) that then got revived a couple years back when muh heckin mysterino channels discovered it.

The talk about Normal Porn for Normal people gives me a touch of the oldfag blues about The Grifter. That was a lot of fun when it was the type of fake Internet urban legend where someone would start a disturbing videos discussion thread on /x/ and inevitably the people who had figured it out would bring up The Grifter and start adding details. Then over the next couple days you'd start seeing Grifter threads from people desperate to find it, eventually some of them would figure out the game, and then the cycle would repeat. At some point the Poughkeepsie Tapes wound up linked to it and some retard immortalized the story in a faggy creepypasta but it was just a fun footnote in the annals of 4chan hoaxes for a long time before that.

I won't shit this thread up further with it but for the handful of people who were interested in the storm stuff I dumped some pics and videos from Saturday's tornado outbreak here. There will probably be more over the next couple weeks as the rest of the tornados get rated but there did end up being 28 total with three notable ones and a cool explosion.

Wouldn't be surprised. I lost interest before it was solved but there was some edgy shit with a weird, weird vibe in the threads about it.
