"Use your brain for a second! It makes pefect sense that angels and sinners are similar!"

Ding ding fucking ding
This habit of hers of talking down to people like they're fucking retards is going to bite her in the ass one day.

It's a legitimate complaint. Even if angels and demons are similar in-story, it's just lazy character design to make them look so identical. Unless there's a plot point that she doesn't want to spoil. In which case, she could just say, "Wait and see. There's an explanation." instead of talking down to her audience like they're retarded (as usual).

You know Helluva Boss kind of invalidates the premise when you think about it. If Charlie wants to save sinners from eternal torment, why not just send them back to Earth. Regular denizens of Hell have gone up there, and all they need is to disguise as humans. Its not like Heaven would interfere given how the humans in these series don't act any differently from the Demons.

Someone who actually knows what they're doing could have it so Sinners can't go to Earth, unless maybe they're summoned and even then, they can't stick around for long.
Also I have a hard time conflating Earth as Helluva shows it as and how backstories will be handled in Hazbin, because nearly every Human in Helluva Boss has been shown to be only one step above a drooling 'special' person.

Given how Viv writes everyone in almost exactly the same way, the humans in Hazbin will just be the same since Viv can't write a character without them being unnecessarily vulgar or a twink

1-That would be resurrection with extra steps and as we know, only Jesus is allowed to do that. (maybe vivzie doesnt know)

2-So what happens if you die again at earth, do you get sent to hell again?

That being said, it sure is weird how helluva boss is so disconnected it raises the valid question of what's really stopping someone from sending sinners back to earth? Maybe your random sinner could never but someone like Alastor should have enough power/influence to be able to return to earth.

The world building is so bad that pretty much every plot hole so far hinges on "does god and lucifer allow this or not?" and until we see one of them onscreen we are all guessing.

I'm also curious to see if vivzie remembers that only the reason angels do yearly wipeouts is because hell is overpopulated and this would have to be allowed by lucifer as means to "cull the herd".

So even if we assume the best case scenario where Charlie wages war on hell and wins and no one dies... that would completely ignore the root issue that lead to this conflict in the first place...

Honestly I won't be surprised if Viv retcons it to be the wipeouts happen because angels are mean!!!

Especially with how she seems to do the angels and sinners are the same stuff

I think with the casting changes, Viv just wanted to get a foothold into the theater scene or be in touch with theater actors she liked since a good portion of the recasts were people from theater specifically.
I mean Stolas' VA, who is arguably the best singer in HB, is from theater. The same goes for Blitzo who is supposedly the main character. It only makes sense to keep getting theater actors if they are the fan faves. Same goes for Ozzy as well.

There's nothing wrong with recruiting someone from the major leagues into the minors if they really want to play. Amy Lee was a professional opera singer and essentially wiped out every other female vocalist in the alternative scene(With the exception of paramore, and Imogen Heap) by just going down a rung from opera to front runner for a band.

"You guys are so dumb for not realizing it's because Heaven bad! Ugh!"

Wow so deep and thought-provoking, Viv. That's about as subtle as the official Hazbin account pushing for people to ship HuskerDust.

Most issues with world building right now hinge on the fact HB and HH take place in the same universe based on shit Vivz said years ago (and might not even remember saying tbh). This may anger some older viewers/fans, but a lot can be fixed if the shows are decoupled and explicitly take place in separate universes.

Given Vivz’s mercurial attitude towards cannon, there’s a non-zero chance of this happening.

The issue is that Viv replaced the majority of her voice cast for Hazbin with inferior VA’s. Some of these are very questionable especially when some of the original actors are proven good at singing and defined the characters.

It doesn’t help Viv keeps hiring celebrities for clout like Norman Reedus and Kesha for instance.

if the series gets a proper ending instead of being prematurely cancelled at the end of Season 2.
I really don't think Viv's gonna get anything more than the two seasons before they refuse to ever work with her again. She'll have her shot to tell her story, blow it, then the remaining fans will be crying on Twitter for them to renew her.

So, people are currently arguing if this angel chick in the trailer is supposed to be a villain or not.

Personally, even if we didn't have the leaks, the expression obviously conveys less 'Sadistic glee of witnessing carnage' and more of 'Immensely uncomfortable but really wants to keep up appearances.', but we do have the leaks and it seems to be Sera, who both seems somewhat reasonable and isn't listed as a villain like Adam, Lute, and the Vs are.

Maybe Heaven isn't as flat evil as the trailer made it out to be, but I'm still damn sure Viv won't commit to Heaven nevertheless be objectively better than Hell despite it being flawed, especially with her liking that 'Sinners and Angels are the same' tweet.
