So the image that shows Vaggie wing got removed from the article. Something tells me it wasn't supposed to be on there in the first place.
People are speculating that they pulled a "Steven Universe" and dropped the Season 1 finale "twist" already by accidentally leaking Vaggie's wings as a fallen angel. If true, then boy I sure hope somebody got fired for that blunder

We're getting a trailer tomorrow and the poster dropped too. Personally expecting that the early access date will be revealed too where the smart people who didn't buy it will be able to find it online within 30 minutes of it unlocking for the idiots that did.

Man that is a shit looking poster. Alastor and Angel having sameface make me cringe.

The trailer was alright, and I'll probably watch the show.

Two things I hate in the trailer however is that Alastor makes a TV ad for the Hotel, it should have been a radio advertisement that's overlayed with establishing shots, Alastor should absolutely despise television considering the closest thing he has to a rival is Vox.

The second is that we're getting the extremely predictable Heaven is bad plotline, I knew this was coming for years but I still don't like it because Viv can't write nuisance, so Heaven won't be a 'lesser of two evils' situation and the Season is probably going to end with Charlie singing a song along the lines of 'Fuck Heaven'.

>inb4 "the TV ad is shit on purpose because Alaster is so out of touch/hates TV that he tries his hand at it and of course it sucks"

I suspect making a TV ad is going to be the premise of an entire episode, one joke being that Alastor makes his own attempt upon request and is totally shit at it. Fuck, I was too slow and have already been called out while writing this.

Additionally, there sure are a lot of shots with Sir Pentious hanging out with everyone else rather than being a weird neighbor, so I wonder whether he's being fully inducted into the hotel staff or just temporarily helping with this advertising venture.

But yeah, it is most apparent to me that the trailer is pushing the dreadful-but-long-expected "Heaven is bad" narrative over Charlie's virtuous ambition for the hotel, surely cementing this by the end of the season. Charlie's part in the choir song in the trailer already effectively amounts to her proudly declaring "fuck Heaven".

Remember when HB's trailer was ALSO in the format of a TV ad explaining its main premise, then the actual show was doing everything in its power to get the hell away from the main premise so Blitzo and Stolas could fuck? I'm not gonna immediately assume anything, but Angel and Husk have been awfully close looking lately.
(Also, it goes without saying that the new Alastor VA doesn't even come close to the hardly restrained malice masked by charisma Ed gave the character.)

Charlie: "It is time to lend a hand, against the angels and their deadly threat."

I missed that but yeah Charlie basically declares war on Heaven.
It's going to be even more retarded when that plan actually ends up working and they beat back an Extermination, making Heaven both one-note evil and not in fact all that threatening within the first fucking Season, maybe if this was instead in Season 2 you could conceivably kill off a major character or two but my bet is that nobody will die that people will really miss, just a bunch of no name redshirts and maybe a minor character or two.

Basically a gayer (literally) and dumber version of the Salvation War.

Kinda dissapointed that the Angel uses the word "fucking".

On another note: what is it with modern cartoons and spoiling their "big twist" in the trailer? The "going to war" plot seems like the conclusion of the first season and not something they do in the first few episodes.
I'm SAYING, the whole war against heaven thing is some season 2-level shit and they put it in the trailer, we're not gonna see a single episode of them trying to reform sinners, I'm calling it now. All I can do is pretend the show's going to end with heaven utterly stomping them and wondering why they ever let the gay demons rule hell for so long.
