I could be remembering things wrong but I think at one point Russia got really assmad at Telegram and tried blocking them and they just kept spinning up intermediate infrastructure on like AWS and Azure, and Russia kept blocking shit until basically they broke their internet because everything uses cloud bullshit. While I'd imagine anything KF related on any big cloud provider would get curbstomped by the cloud provider first, Is there maybe a way to put like reverse proxy type bullshit on critical infrastructure so that either Cogent wouldn't dare block it or, comedy option they block it anyway and basically take themselves offline?

Put a thread together for those who want to know how to send a message to Cogent about AUP violations since they are so eager to enforce their AUP on any content anywhere on the Internet, including content that is not directly on their network. An email template guide by user @777Flux is also included for those who need one. It will also (if possible) list details for illegal websites being currently serviced by Cogent themselves which was something @The Partisan brought up.

Better to point it to a major customer of Cogent. If one of their customers goes down, Cogent will be on the hook, and "but this website reposted a trannie admitted he raped someone" will not work as an excuse.

Name a cloud provider that isn't just as if not more pozzed than Cogent? AWS, Azure, Google, they'd all block the farms within SECONDS. Worse than that, Elliot No-Dong Fong used to work for Google and probably has people in his discord who work for the others.
It would make sense to try and actually collect a portfolio on these types so they could be outed en mass. Imagine bringing that shit forward to tech companies.
