Alright. I've generated/created several profile photos and put together identities to match. Here's my batshit insane, borderline retarded, but just-might-work plan to create a Kiwi Farms propaganda machine.
Note: Move this to a logged-in only thread, once a dedicated thread is created.
First of all, rule number one. We
cannot create a site that's just "Kiwifarms Allegations Debunked/Kiwi Farms good (by Kiwi Farms)". The public at large, after the extensive media courage, believes we are untrustable, indefensible monsters.
Anything we put out directly in our name, no matter how airtight or innocuous, will not be received well or at all. People will take one look, see that we're the ones who published it, and move on. If we want to have
any hope of spreading successful propaganda and priming people to think differently about us, we'll need to create a network of supposedly unaffiliated/loosely affiliated personas. Our news blog, our influencers, and
everything else will need to just loosely tie back to us. Everyone has potential claims on the table of
being Farms users so if anyone gets suspicious we can dispel it as just "they lurk here" rather than "we made up a propaganda persona", but nobody can be out there with the sole purpose of pacifying us. And so, I've created those personas.
Remember, this is about one thing:
controlling the narrative. Our enemies are playing dirty, so we
have to play dirty. We can't win with logic alone.
The Journos
Our news blog will be a startup composed of 3 personas, based around "insane stories from internet and tech". It's the kind of thing your dad would read, surface level stuff (outside of the Farms coverage.) It has an "about us" page giving an inspiring but believable story about how the three writers had been friends and just saved up enough money to buy office space and launch their journalism startup. It gives the whole thing character, but not enough where anyone will look into it further.
Journo 1: Gavin Letterman (age 32)

Gavin seems like he'll be best played by Crunk and Welper alone. He's the
only member of the site with an open connection to Kiwi Farms, claiming to work informally with "the management". He's the reason the site likes to have so many articles about us. He runs the site's contact e-mail, and he runs both the site's Xitter and a personal Xitter (he's the only one of the three journos with a personal Xitter.) Whenever someone here does something
obviously reprehensible, or whenever we're baselessly pinned to that, he should complain on Xitter about how he's frustrated by it and how we don't condone it. He is
charismatic and articulate. He writes exclusively about Kiwi Farms.
For the other two journos, we'll have two teams of 3-5 people between them. One of the teams will write more articles about Kiwi Farms, and the other team will write articles about the broader internet - other internet drama, updates in the tech world, et cetera. The surface level stuff. Headlines will be brainstormed in a dedicated thread by the forum at large.
Journo 2: Dave Garfield (age 51)

He's the dad type. Outside of articles about Kiwi Farms, he's mostly interested in the tech world.
Journo 3: Ryanne Thomas (age 47)

Mom in a mid life crisis. Least interested in Kiwi Farms but still covers it intermittently. Writes about internet drama and "how to stay relevant".
The Influencers
Our influencers, above everything else, need to seem
organic. We can't give a sense of "they're making propaganda" - they should just come off as any ordinary establishment Youtuber to any normies that find their videos. Also, by their nature, we'll need one dedicated person to voice their content and portray them. Any user who takes up an individual influencer role should be willing to stick with it for the long haul.
We'll also need a small team willing and able to create eye-catching thumbnails and titles across all the channels, as well as doing other branding work.
The Big Three
These three influencers all run broad "internet culture" explainer channels (think
Strange Aeons,
WavyWebSurf,
TheGamerFromMars, etc.) They talk about controversies, drama, and good deeds across platforms like 4chan, Tumblr, Reddit, and of course, Kiwi Farms. All 3 will eventually gravitate toward mainly covering Kiwi Farms (citing algorithm/retention bullshit), but should all start with diverse content.
Big Three 1: Lukas Mahan

Active on Youtube, TikTok, and Xitter. Needs decent production values, content aimed at a broader audience. Enlightened type from the Midwest. Should start first with hard-hitting videos, which will help make talking about us seem like a slightly more natural trend. He's who we use to target left-leaning normies.
Big Three 2: Wicked Web Savvy (Jack Timberland)

Active on Youtube and Xitter. Tech bro from Boston. Big personality, sarcastic humor, and makes content aimed at a slightly narrower tech-interested audience. More "relatable" and talks about his personal life sometimes; feel free to plan as you go, just keep it consistent. Similar to Lukas, he targets right-leaning normies.
Big Three 3: The Lurker (Jake Denver)

Active on Youtube only. Low-production Leafy-esque commentator over game footage. Reads greentexts, talks about 4chan bullshit, and of course talks about reprehensible people Kiwi Farms has stopped. Targets the 18-26 enlightened centrist audience which tends not to watch content akin to the above two. Openly follows our news blog and sometimes uses/links it as a source.
The Other Two
Influencers less directly attached to Kiwi Farms, intended to accomplish very specific goals that nobody who even remotely aligns themselves with us would be able to.
The Wikipedia Guy (Andrew Mitchell)

Youtube only, basic production. Covers Wikipedia controversies - vandalism, and eventually moderator abuse and powermods. Eventually,
after building an audience, he covers the Kiwi Farms Wikipedia page, and
all the bullshit surrounding it - in a collaboration with The Lurker, who crossposts the video and who he links to in the description. After this video, he can gradually and smoothly transition into being another one of the Big Three-esque tubers.
Internet Horrors (Craig Lee)

This is the big one. Youtube, TikTok, Xitter. Makes content discussing internet true crime. He needs good production, he needs to gain a
large audience, and he needs to gain that audience's
trust. Maybe even stage a video where he vents about his depression and takes a brief hiatus.
Eventually, when all the cards are in the right place, he makes a video talking about Byuu. In this video, he references Gavin Letterman's article (which will have been out for a while by now) suggesting that Byuu might still be alive. And in this video, he claims that Byuu
is still alive. After this, he needs to keep making content unrelated to Kiwi Farms for a couple months, then disappear into the aether.
Finally, while all that gay shit is going on, we'll need whoever's willing to help out there on Xitter and Reddit. Share the news blog's articles, share the videos, share everything.
If we plan further until everything is
painfully meticulous, and if we pull this off right, we can give the Farms a reputation as being one of the most honorable and welcoming places on the internet. Craig Lee's video will pave the way for our news blog to start talking about and spinning the controversial shit. And normies will be none the wiser.
Edit: also, literally all of these people need Facebooks (except The Lurker and The Wikipedia Guy), and the journos need Linkedins.
