For what it's worth, I think the consensus among the women in this thread is that metioidoplasty results are far more cringe-inducing than any of the other SRS procedures.

That's the reason you see me posting a lot less meta's than phallus's. I have to mentally collect myself before I go looking at butchered and swollen clits.

Healing timeline from day 1 to ~12 weeks.

Here are photos from my metoidioplasty from a front facing position. I had surgery on sept 19th with Dr. Broghammer at KU Med. I had the bottom ligament cut, the minoria removed and wrapped around my penis, my majora were used to make a scrotum without implants. I did not have a vectomy or UL. I did have some complications and the healing process is still on going. My favorite part of this is the scrotum, I love it so much. My least favorite part has been the overall experience, it was one of the most difficult things I've ever done.

As you can see I have quite a lot of pubic fat left that I will probably get removed next year. I still have to pull it back to use a fleshlight or grip my penis which bothers me, and it rubs on my penis which is uncomfortable. This was uncomfortable preop, too.

Feel free to ask me anything about the process.

Hopefully these photos can help people who are anxious and waiting for swelling to subside.

Update: phallo over meta 4 stages the netherlands

See my post history to know the whole story. Last week I had stave 1, he removed a bit of scar tissue on my scrotum and the stitches didn't last so the wound fell open but is looking healthy overall. Yesterday I got my catheter out (such a relief!) And my belly dick was unwrapped! It looks so weird! But this is not ready at all, in the next 3 surgerys It's gonna be shaped and glansplasty etc. For now he needs to stay upwards and dry so showering is a challenge. Overall pain with these surgerys was a 3/10. Most pain is from constantly ripping the tape off of my hairy stomach.

It took me a day to figure out what this reminded me of and then it hit me....it looks like a mermaid's purse (egg case for some shark and shark related species).

I'd forgotten how tendril-y they can be but given the lack of shaving that part seems to fit right in by complete coincidence.

Oh, so that's what happened to the ruptured clit pooner. Her and Tentacle Dick/Gruffin are the two (FTM) cases that have really stayed with me, along with the Belgian that had her vagina completely exposed to the point that it was red and angry post labia removal/"scrotoplasty".
