But I have found the greatest joy working on Tales from the Stinky Dragon and want to work on that and similar projects. It’s revitalized my love for performing and creating, and getting to do that with the Stinky Dragon crew has been the most fun Ive ever had at RT. Always Open was a show I did by myself, no official cohost or other cast to help with creative. It could be tough doing that after a while. Then, when you add the factor of us wanting to be more purposeful with the resources we have, it made the decision more clear to me.
Die mad, cunt. You don't have a choice, you have to do the Stinky Dragon podcast because the fucking shorts are the only thing keeping the company going.

"We are growing limited on resources" That's twice now in a short period RT has basically admitted they are broke. This and when RTX getting canceled was announced. I knew people have been saying RT is gonna die any moment for years now, but this really looks dire.

Hey, if Homophobe Ruby ends up being the last meme to come out of RT, it'll be a fitting end considering how woke they went.
She's definitely the best meme material to ever come from the show.

...Then, when you add the factor of us wanting to be more purposeful with the resources we have...
...we are really trying to focus in more on what we love making the most, and what is showing positive growth and potential...
...sadly we don’t have the luxury to experiment as much as we once did...
It's hard to believe that they aren't even trying to hide it at all. Is there anyone left that still copes on places like reddit that they're still fine? I mean it's truly baffling how screwed RT is at this point. They don't have enough resources for a simple little podcast? That's the signal right there.

Lol. Never watched before, I'm assuming it's not the real line.

If your creative energy is 100 points and you’re working on 5 project, each project could get 20 points of your energy (or maybe one gets 70, one gets 5, etc). So it’s tough when you want to give something 100 and you mentally can’t.
Spoon theory in all it's forms is retarded. I doubt any of their projects are that mentally draining.
What a cope when the real answer is you have spent the last several years alienating your old fans and lost the money spigot they provided.
Maybe hiring unfunny nigger faggots wasn't the way to long term profitability.

I wonder if Malik will go back to his defense contractor job at BAE if this falls through. What would his audience think about that lol.

It's not, but it's hilarious in timing that the last thing Ruby does is essentially foreshadow the death of the company by screaming at Yang and Weiss for deciding NOW to be in lesbians with each other. Everything is falling apart, I have nothing because I'm the one who has to lead things, and NOW? NOW YOU TWO WANNA FUCK EACH OTHER?! GREAT. IF ANYONE NEEDS ME I'M GOING TO LITERALLY DIE NOW.

The only way to make it better was to have Ironwood come back from the grave yelling "I told you so you stupid fucks"....and then putting the metaphorical bullet in Ruby's head to end RT.

The death of shit was when RWBY started raking in cash, Monty Oum died, and the production of it was continued by dumbass fans and not professional animators.
Similar to Joe Ranft and Pixar, Monty was killed by greedy execs who saw a money printer and weren't about to let some naive shit like artistic integrity get in the way.

Shut the fuck up with the "energy points" shit. That's one level above people who refer to their motivation as "spoons."

He died in an act of akrasia. Wanting so bad to keep some sloppy seconds bitch by injecting himself with cat dandruff to grow resistant to it. And as I've said before, if it wasn't that, it would be RT Execs throwing him out in favor of keeping the cash cow rolling.

I don't know anything about of animation and what's good or bad, but Monty always struck me as an autist stuck in his ways. I remember on the podcast some people talking about his workflow and how strange it was and how he was always in the office.

It struck me as someone stuck in a very inefficient workflow and unwilling to try something new. Maybe it was good in 2004 or whatever when he made haloid lol.
It's funny that in the podcasts they talk about how Monty was so efficient he'd rip out any keys on his keyboard he didn't need, use nine screens, drive because even though it was within walking distance it was still faster, and would hit five three times on a microwave because it was less movements than putting in six minutes even. And then you hear from the animators who had to actually work with him and they fucking hated the dude because to them, he just made more work for them.

And yes, he was definitely autistic.

They could outsource RWBY to an anime studio, try to get the old AH crew back together for a short series, or even just get rid of the dead weight they have holding them down. Unfortunately they're too afraid of cutting the dead weight, for fear of being called racist. But they have no one to blame but themselves.

Also, when making RWBY, he would just add things without telling anybody because inspiration struck, and people like those so much because I guess he died before any of those moments came across as a swing and a miss.

Do you recall anything in particular?
Let’s see:

Neo was apparently just because 1. Monty didn’t want to animate Roman getting on a plane. And 2. He saw a Rule 63 Roman cosplayer once.

Penny’s laser attack in V1 wasn’t seen by Miles until the episode aired.

The stinger in V2 was all Monty’s doing. And it’s been said he had to fight to get it in.

That’s the most I remember.

Just came across Clutch My Pearls, a podcast "for smut", with romance and sex-related content. How is this related to Rooster Teeth? Well.

The hosts are Emily, Geoff's wife, Barbara, Eric's wife, and someone named Vanessa who seems to be very close to Emily and Barbara.

Here's the description given by them:
Clutch My Pearls is a podcast where the host, Emily, doesn't read erotic fiction and her two friends, Barbara and Vanessa, tell her all about their favorite smut! Join them every Tuesday as they dive into a different raunchy read and find out if Emily clutches her pearls!

F**kface for them ladies? I wonder if Always Open closing down is related. Who knows! Replace Vanessa with Meg and throw in Andrew.
