It is funny that he is now going after Nerdortic and the FNT crew. This is again Juju lashing out at others who are more successful than him considering that Gary has almost 1 million subscribers and his FNT show gets 10-15k people watching every week. Juju can only dream of getting those numbers. This tends to be the outcome unless there is bad blood between the two parties. This type of outcome was basically what happened with ZeniMax Media and Mojang Studios over Mojang's game, Scrolls. ZeniMax gave them a right to use the TM for their game, Mojang said they would drop any retention of the Scrolls TM. Mojang was technically given a license to the TM, with stipulations, and the details were never made clear, but it was intimated that the license was granted in good faith and that there was either zero money exchanged or, at most, a small and symbolic pittance.
