I think there is definitely something going on that is beyond just even porn. ....... I am in the south east in suburbia. I used to NEVER see a troon now I see one at least every other day.

I definitely feel like the pandemic, or clown world more generally, broke people's minds. It might as well be called pandemic induced rapid insert gender dysphoria with how many people have trooned out post pandemic.

Just speaking personally, it feels like the past five years have broken some kind of reality filter, with some of the resulting fallout being trooning. Maybe something about being lied to so regularly on such a scale causing people to be more willing to create these big lies themselves? There's an element of wanting to be a different person to so many troon cases that I feel this could be mitigated if there was some other way culturally to "start over" as a new person, kind of like what some religious conversions do for people.

It was barely even a thing 10 years ago. It only existed as a weird freakish offshoot of the gay subculture. There is something so disturbing about just how fast all this trans shit has happened. I was in high school in the 2010s in a major west coast city that now has MANY trans people and don't remember a single openly trans person in a school of 2000+. It just wasn't a thing. We had gay kids and some androgynous kids but no trans. It's so inorganic how quickly gender shit grew in the past 8ish years.

I got my psych degree years ago, and have a friend who recently completed her training to be a mental health provider (i forget what kind but it was a 2 year program, she had no previous education in psych). She is 10-15 years older than me. I was chatting with her and another recently minted grad from the same program and they were talking about how they needed a semester or so for lgbtq topics, especially transgender, and were genuinely confused that I didn't have the same experience when getting my degree 10 years ago and that we pretty much didn't talk about trannies much less have months of training about them. I just said "these issues weren't as common back then" and left it at that. But how do these women, who have a decade on me, not remember the majority of life when trannies weren't everywhere? When they were less than .1% of the population, as it should be? Genuinely mind boggling.

I kind of noticed that many of those "lol annoying so random XD" types from the late 2000's and early 2010's (especially those that hit it big like Annoying Orange and Fred) tend to be nuttier than squirrel shit, with them either coming out of the closet or just tronning out altogether (or/and turning out to be a pedophile, that too).
Never saw the appeal of any of them, at most I liked some of Smosh as a young teen but I dare say they actually had various jokes and humour instead of a single punchline and constantly hammering in (Orange/Fred is annoying, laugh damn you). And even then, their "prime" ended relatively quick.


So yeah, this doesnt surprise me. All he had is that he was annoying and whats the most annoying thing you could do today? Troon out, of course.

After making this post I found out he has a SECOND youtube channel thanks to him using it to reply to one, on the video I linked lol.
