America was literally built on treachery. The Confederates were arguably more American in principle than the Unionists, because what’s more American than telling an oppressive government to fuck off? From the perspective of a foreigner the unionists look exceptionally retarded when they wanted to piss and cry about traitors despite the fact that their grandparents were traitors too.

It only works if you ignore the entire first century of American history and pretend that the only treachery that counts is when you disagree with me politically lol.
