I know Night Mind is hated by the thread for being a furry and for his recent shitty writing, but his older stuff is great background noise.

Yeah that's the thing, Night Mind's older stuff was nice. It all went to shit due to his downfall into sheer degeneracy. Not many here would have a problem with NM if his antics didn't affect his work, but as the case for all gooners- their degeneracy causes their work to degenerate, their mind degrades. Let it be known that there's no such thing as a functional addict who makes their addiction their personality, eventually it all catches up to them.

Considering the rumors that NightMind was dating another creator when that creator was underaged, and then that creator (alongside several other creators in connection with NM) trooning out recently while still being more buddy-buddy with other horror creators, i feel like he's more of a degenerate at this point and something more is going on.

I think you might be onto something. There is bit of a thin line between being into horror plus true crime and severe mental illness plus degenerate behaviors.

They are neither mutually inclusive or exclusive but we have far too many examples of people falling into some deep rabbit hole one way or another. Troons, furries, serial killer fan girls, preteens murdering each other because they can't distinguish between fiction and reality when it comes to creepy pasta shit.

I don't think it's a community problem as it is a people problem. Horror and true crime are inherently morbid but it exceeds the healthy part of it when people with morbid fetishes get their hands on it and infect it into their sexuality.

And since a lot of these people come into positions of power over young kids who shouldn't really be roaming the internet unsupervised imprint onto them, it spreads to them also.

I don't know if it's an collaborative effort since it exists in a lot of internet communities, some more blatant than others but it's definitely adults seeking validation and pushing their fuckery onto impressionable youngsters who outright emulate them.

Where did these rumours come from? First time hearing of them-if true I REALLY hope someone makes an alternative to the NM index. Would also be sad as I found one of my favourite podcasts AND webseries (Undercooked Analysis and Angel Hare) because of him.

Not to discredit your points since yeah, ever since this shit-eating faggot started to get more sensual in his content so too did his quality begin to drop, but honestly? I think another big part about his dropoff in quality is just the fact that there are hardly ANY good or interesting webseries/ARGs to talk about. Mutahar is exposing a Spanish speaking Youtuber who is uploading their reaction to Daisy's Destruction featuring audio of the original video. Yes, that one. If you do not know what this is, it's one of the most vile CSAM videos ever produced. I would recommend against even looking up a description of its contents. This Youtuber, BurnedShow, has many videos of himself reacting to horrific videos such as violent footage of animals being brutally tortured with only portions of the audio being featured in the video (the thumbnails contain pixelated images).

It's better to have that creep unaware that the authorities are honing in rather than putting out a video that "raises awareness" in a way that doesn't benefit the situation. Mutahar does say in his original upload that he has ensured the proper law enforcement agencies are aware.

He definitely should have waited until the sick freak was apprehended before making a video about the situation. Hindsight is always 20-20 though.

All it does is alert them that eyes are on them and give them a heads up to cover their tracks. I made a video a few months ago about Snuff R73 and how absurd the info surrounding it was retarded. To my surprise, most, if not all of the people commenting on the video were teens or children claiming that "Snuff R73 is real wey, I watched it on a telegram group" or "Nah wey, I watched it with my friends on Facebook, lol". Granted, I thought these might have been edgy weens looking for attention. However, this lead me to a rabbit hole of the Spanish "Gore community", which lead me to this freak.
