His parents buy/replace anything he breaks for him and ensure he always has food to eat, a place to stay, and a setup to gamble on. He has never had to learn or understand what anything costs or how to buy/pay for anything significant, and he often has other people do transactions for him because he is technologically illiterate. Almost all of his money just magically appears in his account after he screams and tantrums enough.
