I edited a sarcasm tag in to make ir more clear, but this is Nose's line. @elb has a clip about it and hik coping about it for a good long while.

He has put all his streaming eggs in the Rumble basket after his YT scare ban and the belatedly forced diversification to Rumble, Odysee,
, and other platforms that he has since dropped. He has gotten lazier and wants to ONLY stream in one place and ONLY get a guaranteed pay cheque from a platform. He does not want to hustle any more.
I think the hardest thing with Nick... how to put it... my wife and I were talking about it last night.

Nick still does make some good points and he is even still funny. Sort of. I can still hear the humor that drew me to Rekieta Law in the first place. But the guy saying these things isn't the same guy that started the channel and I don't much like who he is anymore. And that gives it all a much different tint.

That point about Rumble being under higher scrutiny due to its content and audience is a valid point.

But then Nick also totally doesn't want you to fuck with other creators wink wink I love you. He is definitely hoping that so-and-so makes millions of dollars and doesn't want his business to go belly up nudge nudge I wish you the best. The content is no worse for the alcohol and discussions of romancing women at bars just to let them down I love women you are all so beautiful slurrrrrrrp.

Not saying anything new here but he has burned so much of his persona and pickled so much of his personality that you can't take him seriously even when he makes valid points. And his humor takes on a somewhat dark and creepy appearance when he's wasted all the time and totally not lusting after not-his-wife.

Rekieta's obsession and the resulting discussion about American Beauty provoked me to watch it. I like that it came out the same year as Fight Club, The Matrix and Office Space and all four touched on the same themes of alienation and imprisonment in the modern world approaching a new century, and wanting to escape.
While I liked it (despite a "message" that is either incoherent or aberrant), it was not only not the best of the year, but not even the best of the four you listed. The only award it actually deserved was Conrad Hall's award for Best Cinematography. It was beautifully shot (as Hall's work usually is).

Also same year: The Cider House Rules, The Green Mile. Also both better.

You guys have been talking about American Beauty as much, if not more, than Balldoman himself and still haven't answered important questions like: What kind of tripods, if any, were used in the filming of American Beauty?
Wow there, hold your horses. Tripod discussion is scheduled for mid June, right after we go over the lighting, soundtrack and plot sections. I hope that we actually get to watching the movie part somewhere in late Summer, but that can wait. As of now I think only about three people in the thread actually watched it... maybe two. Others seem to be just verbally digesting the simulacrum of a retelling they read two weeks ago. (me included)

-Sean, for his farms enjoyment, absorbing Nick’s former audience + discord members, and acquiring his lost cool factor. Can’t have the lolcow on now…
He only has 16k subs.

Of all the lawtubers, he hasn't been able to parlay being on for the Depp trial into big numbers.

If Nick is malding and gobbling over Sean and his small channel, it speaks to a "life well lived" being what angers the wretched

Nick sperging about the value of casually touching other people is a great example of him being his own worst enemy. He’s all about “leave me alone” and self-ownership until it comes to how he should be able to touch people without repercussions.

No, I don’t think the way Vic kissed people was “sexual assault.” It’s also true that if you become aware that a lot of people do not want to be kissed or touched a certain way, it’s a good idea to stop fucking doing it. Nick will have no one to blame but himself when it blows up in his face.
My wife and I don’t touch adults of the opposite sex. If someone is presumptuous and touches one of us, we don’t embarrass them by pushing them away or calling them out, but we can preempt it the next time. Nick can say we’re overly sensitive, but that’s kind of the point:
If you develop a sensitivity to physical contact, whereby physical touch is reserved for your spouse to the exclusion of others, you don’t have to go to Hedonism II and wear a Balldo to get your jollies.

I dunno if anybody else noticed, but Drexel is in the running in the Fresh Meat category this year. So that's another thing you might consider voting for.

But then again, so is Vito.

Unlike Bossman Jack vs. Rekieta, with Fatrick, this one is actually a tougher choice for me. I think Vito the pedo is a bigger lolcow, and his thread is long overdue, but the Drexel OP that @Not Who You Think edited together is just so damn good.

I'm conflicted. Siding more toward giving it to Drexel. Thoughts?

This crock of shit won an Oscars?
If it's any consolation, modern reappraisals of American Beauty have not been kind.

A lot of that has to do with Spacey being cancelled, but still.

Honestly, I forgot the movie even existed until Nick brought it up (and now won't shut the fuck up about it).

New drexel tweets with null in it.

One of these days I'll watch it. I keep putting it off because I keep hoping it'll stop coming up, but now I feel I need an informed opinion (See: knowledge with which to mock Rekieta with). Every description of the film thus far has only made me want to avoid it as long as possible.

I personally gave it to Drexel. Not just because of favoritism for our guy NWYT and all the effort that went into that OP, but also because I don't Vito to have any accolades to his name, not even ones that mock him. He deserves nothing but the worst of times. Also Drexel has at least make me genuinely laugh at one point, so there's that.

Assumed Rumble was a bit normie not paying attention to his live antics . Appears they noticed his dwindling numbers and donors. Can't imagine him getting a raise but shrinking to 5 digits from his prior alleged 6 digit payout.

If this really happens, he should go all Stephen Crowder on them. Leak the content of the negotiations and accuse them of putting him to work on the conservative plantation and trying to pay him in used Balldos because they're flat out enemies of free speech and racist against the black bulls.

I'm still inclined that Kayla has simply killed the bedroom because of Nick's clear disregard for himself and his family, less then a year after advising that if you're going to do porn, don't have kids.

When you drink as heavily as Nick drinks, nothing is working in the bedroom department anyway. My guess is this is why she seeks out the dark meat in massage parlours and Hedonism II.

Sean has the two things that Rekieta craves more deeply than anything. Status and credibility. Nick had a taste of them. He liked what he found there. But then those things were cruelly removed by Null's failure to "hear" what he was saying during that fateful phone call.

Is there a prize for Lolcow of the Year? I can't help but think that Rekieta should get some kind of trophy to mark his victory. A plated Balldo with his name engraved on it, perhaps?

I'm conflicted. Siding more toward giving it to Drexel. Thoughts?

I voted Drexel because the interplay between Drexel's attempt to try and dissemble and conceal the things he'd said about the girl that he groomed and the Farms continued revelations about who he is, what he'd said and done and when and where he said and did them truly were a thing of beauty. Also, the OP on his thread is everything an OP should be. So it's an award to the farmers who made Drexel's thread what it is, as much as it's an award to Drexel for being the outstanding Kiddy Fiddler of 2023.

Also, Riley and Vito talk a good game, but have either of them done anything that comes close to being as gross as Drexel's grooming his friend's daughter and turning her out as his BDSM submissive?

I voted for Jackie Singh, Drexel is just a black loser. Black losers getting into weird race and sex is a normal thing.
Same. Jackie Singh deserves all the scrutiny that can be directed at her. She’s a lunatic and not a safe person for her children to be around.

I don't feel like Drexel is a good contender for Fresh Meat. He's just a dumb, stupid negro incel. I think one of Dick's crew like Riley or Vito would be a better pick.
Drexel is just another dumb nigger. Riley and Vito would get off on any attention given to them. They should be ridiculed and ruined without being singled out for distinction.

My thinking was the same as yours. I was going to vote for Shane, but @Not Who You Think's OP was enough to sway my vote over to Drexel. If "Best OP" was a separate category I'd have split my votes. That said, the Drexel Discord mole-hunting saga was hilarious on its own.

So @elb posted a clip of Nick talking about Rumbles inflated numbers.
Direct link: https://youtube.com/watch?v=qh38HblKzYk
What's interesting about this is less what he says about Rumble's numbers, but HIS numbers on Rumble specifically. He admits they're down for December, but he claims it's due to inconsistency in his streaming as he cancels shows and delays other shows to later times. I don't think that's what's going on at all. Nick appears to have not been featured front and center on the Rumble front page when he was streaming for large portions of the month. That's on Rumble, not him. I don't think it bodes well for any new Rumble contract.

He is going for a sober January. TAKING ALL BETS
I’m going with he fails, one of two ways.

1) Sussobber. ; he does infact not drink on stream but he shows up to streams looking like he’s already half in the bag and periodically sends gobbled drunk nonsense over locals.

2) ; Flat out stops half way through the month but it’s our faults not his. I reckon that he’s going to just start drinking on stream and say something like “it doesn’t matter what I do those kiwi fags will keep saying I’m drinking so I might as well drink!!!” or perhaps he will be on a group call with some of the lawtubers. One of them will be drinking and Nick will do the classic alcoholic thing I’m saying “well you shouldn’t have to drink alone!!” And open a bottle. Or someone just had a baby or found a dollar and Nick will call that a need to celebrate.

and also a 2 hour reaction for just 16 minutes video for having a really bad legal take regarding trademark laws
The segment itself was much longer than 2 hours for maybe 9 minutes total of video, you guys got the clipped down version. I’ve never hated an edit more

Rumble hand tailors the aspects of their featured tab, a lot of which is based off time slots and other factors. If you consistently can’t show up on time (or at all), my guess is they’ll feature somebody that did

Nick is a prime example of a Youtube persona going too far. It's not comedy because he is the joke. It's OK if he injects himself into his humor a bit but there has to be a reasonable distance for it still be objectively funny... his real life can't be funny in its current state because it's totally normal for real people to have a hard time laughing at themselves when they're feeling prickly. His comedy is literally now just alcoholic nonsense vaguely masking whinge under the guise of true Creator-ship. Even him and Camelot have gotten together to repackage this whinge in the form of "advice" and try to resell it as something far more. Nick can't acknowledge this decline in quality, because he's leaned so hard into this terrible fake persona, that he will just keep doubling down until the joke and his life are literally the same. His internet persona is his cope.

My guess its the inevitable result of alcoholism and a severe internet addiction. He's become attached to the attention he receives online and an alcohol-fueled persona allows for more narcissistic traits to come through overtime. What we watched was someone on a high and he's very consistent about describing a life that is in the pursuit of seeking those highs. Even when it's negative, he still persists with acting his usual way for reaction because it keeps him from completely fading... all he had to do was 1) stop drinking 2) talk about the law 3) Stop bringing other people in to cause drama... but then he would have to work and he'd rather not spend as much time doing that...

Kayla and him may divorce, his whole home life may go up in flames, but if he had kept a more professional act for the cameras this whole time on-screen do you think 99% of people would make commentary the way they do now?... he brought people into the dysfunction, because they're a main ingredient for fueling it, which people sense which makes them curious... because his dysfunction and instinct is acting like a retard online.
