Well, we may have a reason for Alex's sudden and unexplained silence, but this is currently just a rumor. I've looked for information to back it up, but that information may not be available at this time.

A comment under Alex's holiday post asks: "so he out!?"

wr_01.png

Hilariously, some commenters assume this means "out of the closet," but it emerges that the comment meant out of jail-- as in, he'd been arrested for drug possession.

This is still a rumor. If he was arrested and bonded out, which would be likely in this scenario, there's probably no online trace at the moment: I didn't look at the inmate registrar in time, and the documents probably aren't yet in the court system. We're in a holding pattern-- if it's even true.

I did find his prior arrest info. This is for the attack on his father. This bit is just from some mugshot website.

edit: ninja'd by two minutes! Whoops. But hopefully this further detail and history will be helpful anyway.

Edit again: I checked the Broward County Sheriff's Office booking blotter for the 19th-21st and did not find him. I also checked a random bookings site that seems to scrape data from official sources, and I didn't find him there. None of this really means much, without knowing specific details of what (if anything at all) happened. I'm also operating under the assumption that it happened in Broward County, which is where Weston is located.

I've now looked at enough mugshots and descriptions of charges to make me leery of Broward County in general.

She is less useful to Ari than if they were dogs or cats. She is roughly as useful as a mother komodo dragon, just consuming her. And it's totally legal.

And all those obsessive Redditfags are cannibalistic hypocrites. When I tell you there are no good guys in this story, I mean it. And no one thinks they need to change their approach, much less change as people. I forgot who it was, but someone said these Redditors are so desperate to touch feces, and they really are. I don't blame Reddit for shutting this trash down. It is all but explicitly encouraging insane people to do things that will hurt Ari.
This is what I meant by my carseat rant. Terminally online pearl clutchers creaming themselves over a twisty seatbelt because they get to smash their keyboards about CPS and carseat safety and feel morally superior. They act so concerned but you know if Ari actually died in a flaming crash, it would still light up the pleasure center in the brains of all the Redditfags.

Also Noah looks skinny in the Christmas photo. Wasn’t he addicted to Adderall before? Not saying the drug arrest rumor is true but he has lost a lot of weight since they left Chicago.

I genuinely dislike thinking about what they would post if Ari died like that.

I think Noah isn't sitting inside eating crap all day and is getting in the pool and probably is taking regular exercise now.

Am I missing something? The arrest records say 11/24/21. That was 2 years ago.

Yeah, @often puzzled says in the post that they can't find records for this time around, if the rumour is even true, and that the documents under the spoiler are for his previous arrest for assaulting his dad.

As others said, that's his old arrest, which was already known (he got physical with his father, and his father pressed charges). I just went ahead and dropped all of it in the thread, since I came across it while looking for the rumored current arrest. I apologize if it was confusing.

On the subject of the rumored current arrest, I still can't find anything. I've checked the Broward County Sheriff's blotter for all of December (to date) and didn't find him. Still nothing in the court documents. The comment about him being out is still present on the Instagram post, but there's no further information there (in spite of people asking how the OP knows). I clicked on the profiles who are commenting like they know what's going on, but none of them jump out as someone who actually knows Noah.

In short, I don't know. Being arrested "for possession" doesn't tell you a ton, and it especially doesn't tell you where the alleged arrest occurred. I've only been checking Broward County, because it appears that they were all spending the holiday in Weston (which is in Broward County). And I might be looking in the wrong place.

Or this might all be Instagram commenters trying to drum up drama about an arrest that didn't actually happen. It's worth noting again that the people who brought up this arrest in the first place haven't responded to questions about how they know.

Off topic - but is it normal for a county court records website to be branded with the name and photo of the current county clerk? Brenda looks like one of those real estate agents who gets their face on a park bench.

The drug arrest rumour has come out of nowhere - the reddit has banned discussion of it as unsubstantiated. I was really hoping the Itty_Bitty_Chris account would be some local with an inside scoop, but she seems to be a random woman who lives in San Antonio in Texas (likewise for the corroborators) and while I don't discount the possibility there's some unhinged Wheelchair Rapunzel discord somewhere, not sure if we can trust it. It would be on form for Noah, and comments on his last instagram post (4 weeks ago) seem to reference him "saying the n-word while zooted up on live" so it'd follow he's using again.

The competing theory is there's been some sort of serious intervention. Shortly before her radio silence, Alex posted that her mother was in town -

I don't think there's any legal route for any of the grandparents to take the kid off of Alex right now (plus Alex's mum is apparently a bit unhinged), but especially post-indecent-exposure there may have been particularly harsh threats made that caused the two to go to ground for a whle.

Yes. It's an elected position (at least in Florida) so name recognition helps when re-election time comes up, and they like to come across as friendly and welcoming to constituents.

Still no updates. The comments are still up on the Instagram grid post, but there's still no additional detail there. I did a quick court record search, but there's nothing new there. No new posts from Alex or Noah.

This is the person who made the original comment. Her account is private:

This person also chimed in. She has no Instagram posts at all:

This person defended Noah. It sounded like he did actually believe that Noah had relapsed again (and thus had knowledge of the situation), but maybe he was just defensive about the subject? Anyway, he's based in England. Noah's mom is British, but it still seems like kind of a stretch-- how would this dude know Noah's legal business?

wr_01.png

I don't know if "Christian Heights" is supposed to be a name or if it's supposed to be a location (or something else entirely). Then we've got one calling herself Dianna Sexton, and then we've got Bob Rooke. Noah's mom's Facebook friends list is public, and none of these names appear on it.

I'm impressed that she's been able to stay offline for this long.

Yeah I looked into each of 'em - Christian Denise Heights lives in San Antonio, Texas and seems to be the right age (early 30s), the nearest Dianna Sexton I could find lives on the other side of Florida (Lehigh Acres) and Bob Rooke works out in a gym in Wales. I think it was probably a good guess rather than insider knowledge.

Alex made another innocuous grid post today, in which she appears fully-clothed and addresses no drama or rumors. She posted a few random Instagram stories about cooking. No Ari, no addressing the haters. The comments about Noah being out are still present on the previous grid post (the Christmas one).

NOAH WATCH: not present, though she's obviously not the one doing the food prep. No indication whether or not her own mom is still in town.

What a picture. Did she not look at it before she uploaded it? Compared to that nice picture of her and noah on Christmas. She looks like she seen an arch nemesis on the horizon while having really bad indigestion. And the dress. I know she can't really wear bras but c'mon lol. Do we need to see a relief map of her areolas?

While checking to see if Noah had been arrested in another county I found an arrest in Tallahassee from May 2019 for DUI (alcohol or drugs).

Edit: tried to thumbnail but tor isn't being kind to me, it reverts back immediately. Apologies.

Committing the crime of double posting to share more Noah lawfare. Nothing particularly juicy this time; he was sued by one Thaddeus Barnes in March 2020 re: personal injury in his home county of Broward County, but the case was dismissed.

court details

The court page has a whole host of documents available upon creating an account, if someone wishes to delve any deeper. I'm still trying to find the mythical pre-Christmas arrest.

In fairness to Noah, that one appears to have been dismissed and sounds potentially ambulance chaser-y. Still, it's interesting to see his court history come to light.

I still haven't found any record of the pre-Christmas arrest and am glad someone else is also looking, because I am having no luck at all. It's weird that she still hasn't deleted that comment thread, though-- and there's still no additional info there; I keep checking.
