“People tell me I can't be a parent because I’m disabled.”Ari is consistently uninterested in Alex, though it's certainly possible that she also hated the swings. Alex said it was the her first time swinging, so she may have just been confused and displeased.
Alex must never have been around children at all, because she has no clue how to interact with them. Noah didn't have a clue, but he's improving, and it shows in how much Ari lights up when she sees him.
She posted this video of her feeding Ari a week or so ago, and it's interesting to see how disinterested Ari is. It's also interesting to see that Alex can't tell that Ari doesn't want to be fed with the spoon; she wants to pick food up off the tray with her hands (which is what she's been doing for some time now). I suppose I shouldn't be surprised that a narcissist can't tell what people are thinking.

Sweetie. Bless your heart. You can’t be a parent because you are just genuinely too disabled to do so. Shoving a a spoon into your kid’s mouth with your one (sorta) good hand while you scream “YUM YUM YUM” does not make you a parent.
As someone said further upthread—you’re confusing, loud furniture
