On the contrary; everybody knows that teenage boys, if heterosexual, which most are, will get a hard-on simply from being physically near another human being with tits. Fat or gender blob don't matter, since human sexual attraction is to sex, not some phony made-up identity. Anyway, by 15 boys have outgrown the "girls have cooties" phase. They won't treat her as a guy because their bodies damn well know she is not, and what they actually fear are rape allegations or embarrassing scenarios where it becomes plain obvious to everybody that she's not one of them.

Fair enough. In my youth, average guys this age either visibly cringed away from anything that'd be potential pooner material these days or straight up bullied them, but who knows what went through their heads. Then again, I was accounting for the most normie, no-access-to-internet teens that I remember, not boys discussing sleepovers with TIFs of their own volition.
I have an inside source from a person who works with kids, some of of whom ID as trans. Not a shock to this thread, but all of the kids IDing as trans have been molested or abused. Every. Single. One.
