Russian Special Military Operation in the Ukraine - Mark IV: The Partitioning of Discussion

It appears that the ex-spokestranny never returned to Ukraine after the washington trip. As of yesterday, he is in Panama now investigating "migration issues" and apparently how everything on the US southern border is Russia's fault. He will be continuing his investigation all over central and south America supposedly.

LINK

He also did an explicit tweet about a week ago where he denied being a military spokesman for Ukraine. That was somewhat odd and something he had never done before than I can remember.

His twitter status also says that he is "on leave" from the AFU. Its sure looking like they brought him back to the US and dumped him on the sidewalk.
I'm having the oddest sense of deja vu right now.

Too American of you.

The greatest punishments ...is to defeat the enemy, to make him kneel before you, to uproot him and take all that he has, to make his women weep with tears and then re-educate and Russify them.
Massacres of women and children only serve to strengthen the resolve of men to protect their homes - something Kiev refuses to understand, unless Zelensky really does want to murder all of the Ukrainians to make room for a new Jewish homeland.

Russia better ensure they have a hundred miles of impassible trenches if the jews decide to move in.

I am not sure why 300meters+ body armour was a thing. Maybe for commandos and snipers, ok.

But regular Joe would be under return fire and its easier to just suppress infantry and mortar them then to have your soldiers bullseye them at 900 feet. We could say some arab goat farmer can't suppress you, but he is wearing top notch armor?

Plus these modern armors usually don't have full face helmets. Which is a part you need to poke out of cover to snipe at enemies I assume.

Videos that have been posted so far of Kiev getting hit this morning, and Ukrainian AD hitting an apartment building in last video.

Zelensky isn't his own boss. Look at it from the perspective of who's in charge of this war, the Pentagon. What's the biggest problem Washington has right now? Public support for unlimited gibs to Ukraine is falling. The Republican side of the uniparty is starting to break ranks. That's not good for any of the contractors who were promised a massive payday once America Ukraine won this and the rebuilding money started flowing. It's especially not good if they want to escalate to sending in troops.

Most of their propaganda isn't working. But you know what usually works great? A massive attack on civilians. When the Wilson administration wanted to get into WW1, they packed a civilian transport full of weapons shipments and deliberately sent it into waters patrolled by German U-boats after the Germans warned them they'd sink any ship passing through there. A few thousand civilians on the bottom of the sea later, and the American public was ready to send teenagers to die in trenches and Make the World Safe For Democracy.

America needs a massive Russian attack on civilians to gin up support for the war. Six dead civilians who were near a warehouse full of American war materiel just won't cut it. We need Putin to get really pissed off and order a massive strike on a civilian center that we will then claim was unprovoked.

I don't even think that would work. It would take an attack outside of Ukraine on a NATO member. Otherwise they'll never be able to excuse waiting until three Ukrainian armies were destroyed and half a million Ukrainians dead before sending in troops. Not to mention spending the first year denying this was a NATO proxy war in the first place.

Several waves of Geran-2, large number of various cruise missiles and at least several Kinzhal's

Interesting they actually went after quite a few command centers this time round.

Ukrainians claim of course they intercepted almost everything. But somehow Ukrainian "peaceful infrastructure" keeps blowing up. Must still be those malfunctioning air conditioners......

Some cope and seethe from a dumbass Ukie.

It's a consequence of Afghanistan. Afghanistan sometimes had engagements that were much longer than what the US was used to. Part of this was the unusual and Guerilla nature of the war with some engagements being more long range grab an easy kill and retreat quickly sort of thing.

This is a tale as old a time with a military in order to fight Guerilla opponents needing to disperse and fight differently but also needing to fight an opposing army they need to be more concentrated and fight as they usually do. Probably the best solution to this problem is to do what the French did with there Continental and Colonial Armies. One is specialized for "near-peer" warfare and one is specialized for Asymmetric warfare. The US has not adopted this model for some reason though in ways it did come close with military contractors.

This is also the origin of some of the stupider ideas about warfare that came up before the Ukraine war happened. Stuff like infantry not being useful anymore, all war being push-button and war being small scale. This is obviously not the case in a near-peer war. I've heard US Army officers talk about fighting the old war but I haven't seen many of them actually take that lesson to heart.

It would have to be a school for disabled orphans or something, as cultural unity is at an all time low, attack on any group of Americans would elicit cheers or indifference from at least half of the population

I don't think a massive attack on non-american civilians would do much to rile up the apathetic mutt plebs. After all the narrative was "the best investment to bleed the russians without US soldiers dying", and it didn't bother much that the ukies died by the thousands for The Cause.
So it must be either us civilians OR something really scary, like a nuke detonated in a metropolitan area in oinkraine (doesn't matter if later turns out it was a missing US warhead..)
