Guy I work with happens to be the boss’/owner’s son. He’s relatively well adjusted and he’s actually a really cool dude. One day the old timer who trained me asked him if he wanted to take over the company (the son is in his late 20’s/early 30’s, ownerdad is in his early/mid 60’s)

The son basically said he wouldn’t want to because he saw how his dad worked 60+ hours a week for the business and never had any time to spend with the family.
