100 years ago every German was a trillionaire and you’re just a sperg if you think that was a bad thing.
1702938001480937.png
1. Germany had loss a major war with it's major infrastructure being completely destroyed.
2. Germany was a manufacturing based economy where as the US is a debt based economy.
3. Germany wasn't the top super power and also wasn't the world's reserve currency and didn't have the rest of the world reliant on it's economy.
4. Germany was forced to make massive payments in war reparations because of the Treaty of Versailles
5. The worst the inflation rate has ever gotten in the US is maybe 16% at most, Germany had it's inflation rate hit like 10000% in a few years.

To give your credit, you aren't entirely wrong or incorrect. The people that think the US economy will completely collapse and we'll be living like Mad Max within the next couple decades are retards mostly hyping themselves up for whatever reason. The way you worded it makes it seems like there are zero problems when there are problems. People really need to ditch this retarded Poltisperg all or nothing attitude and learn to be a little more nuanced.

Eventually the Feds will be forced to cut spending and we'll have a recession similar to the 1970s-1980s. However, America is still the strongest economy by a Longshot and no other super power comes remotely close to that.

The retards that shill for China don't realize that their economy is HEAVILY manipulated almost 10× what the Feds do to the dollar, if not more. Then China NEEDS trade to sustain itself, they don't actually produce enough food on their own and China is a service based economy. This idea that China will overtake the US needs to fuck off because it really will never happen no matter how much the poltispergs seemingly want it to.

So I agree with you that people need to just relax, take a step back and actually look things from a neutral perspective. The economy has problems but isn't close to imploding, like any other hard time in US history we'll go through another recession.
Why does everybody who spergs about how weak China is not actually know the slightest thing about how the Chinese economy works? China is not a service-based economy (53% versus 78% for the US) even though Xi wants to transition to one as the Chinese standard of living rises enough to make services too expensive in China. China also produces more than enough food on their own since their main import is soybean to raise animals for meat i.e. stuff to keep meat prices low for their lower/middle class. China is one of the largest rice exporters in the world, outside of years with big natural disasters they grow more than enough grains for their own people (and import other countries' rice to sell it for themselves).

The only thing you're right is that the people who claim the US economy will have imminent hyperinflation or whatever are really stupid, but this country's economy is just as fucked, if not more, than China's is.

Is it why they are over fishing to the point of a world wide ecological collapse? Plus there are many, many other things wrong with its economy besides food, and socially it's a time bomb.

The Chinese value meat in their diet. They can live without (much) meat, but the government needs to give them a super good explanation like "the previous government did it" or "we're building REAL communism" or "we have to defend against the imperialists." If China has a problem, it's that they got too rich too fast and the world as it is can't support 1.3 billion Chinamen trying to live like Americans. Incidentally, they are also the largest aquaculture producer and export to the US (Vietnam and Mexico are bigger though--US imports most seafood).

China is the world's largest importer of crops.
What does import mean again?
They can live without (much) meat
This has to be the absolute dumbest fucking thing I've ever heard someone shilling China say. Ever heard of the Mongolians? Asians tend to value and want meat like anyone else. I guess you're vegan? But you kinda need meat when nation building.
Here, I'll throw in another link to prove what a clueless retard you are for free!

Your link literally says 53% of China's GDP is from services. The US GDP has little relevancy in deciding what kind of economy China has. It almost seems like you're randomly posting links to stats you have no understanding of. . .

You really are clueless when it comes to economics. But please keep going and make yourself look like a bigger retard it's funny.

A word you don't know, apparently, since China produces enough rice and grains to feed itself. Read some actual stats. Your fellow neocons at the Economist cite China as not much worse than the US in terms of sustainable agriculture.

Okay, so how much meat did the average Chinaman eat 50 years ago? How much meat did the average European eat during the world wars (protip, they ate rats like the French)? That's why the "muh China doesn't produce enough food" arguments are patently retarded, since China will literally never be in a situation where they can't produce enough food unless it's a literal war.

When people say "service economy", they mean like the US or the EU which is 78% and 64% respectively. If China is a service economy, why does their very own press releases suggest how new and modern their service economy is? China is a nation transitioning to a service economy, not a nation with a service economy.

Nigga, that chart is from 2017(6 years old) then on top of that it's a single crop, they fail to meet quotas on literally every other crop and meat production. They have such a high wheat production because they have a massive population. It's actually higher than the US but the demand they have is also higher. Food sustainability is that green bullshit, who cares? China burns coal and produces more CO2 anyways.

You know expect for the fact that they have a bigger population then the US and have a higher demand. One reason China hasn't had more Civil unrest is because it opened itself up to trade which helped alleviate food issues and China's meat consumption is double what the US is know why? because of their massive population. That's also ignoring the byproducts produces by cows like fertilizer or the eggs chicken lay.

A majority of their GDP is from services that seems like a service based economy to me, but people will argue and change definitions of things almost constantly. For example, the USD is the world reserve currency which let's the US monetize it's debt through the sales of bonds which is valued at 56 trillion dollars yet the US will never admit it has a debt based economy.

Is the best you got just accusing me of being a Neocon or voting for Biden? Yeah I think we're done here lol thanks for the laugh though you're a riot dude.

That chart has a decade's worth of imports/exports on it and is clearly indicative of a trend. China's demand is actually lower per capita than the US because the average Chinaman is not a fat fuck. Now yes, in absolute numbers it is higher, hence why China exports a far smaller portion of its rice than India does.

China didn't have much civil unrest under Mao outside of the years of literal massive famines and internal bullshit like the Cultural Revolution. Or if you want a more fair comparison, Chinese meat consumption in 1994 versus 2024. Somehow it doesn't seem to have been an issue back then.

I mean you've gone on rants on my page and I'm sure elsewhere here about how great the US economy is doing and the only people who say that are Biden regime simps/the Uniparty, plus your political ideology clearly is in line with neoconservatism, so I'm just making logical assumptions.

Do you read the links you post or do you just hope people won't bother reading it? That says calories per person. China has 3x the population the US does. Also "Chart has decade's worth of imports/exports"? Yes genius that should be obvious because it's a chart to graph imports/exports over the years the fuck else was it going to chart? Also if you look at that chart China is under producing wheat this year and their food self-sufficiency has been on a downwards trend.

Aside from all that what does America's food consumption have to do with China?
China didn't have much civil unrest under Mao
Yes by fucking murdering or imprisoning/torturing them. But I'm sure he was a swell guy just ask any Chinese immigrants who lived in China under his rule. 😉

outside of the years of literal massive famines
Thank you for proving my point Mr. Swiss Cheese brain.
Chinese meat consumption in 1994 versus 2024. Somehow it doesn't seem to have been an issue back then.
Great, they still eat more meat as a population compared to the US and thus don't produce enough food not in 1994 and not in 2023 for themselves hence they are net IMPORTERS and their food self-sufficiency is on a DOWNWARD TREND.

Anyways, Mostly because you're a retard sperg and you consistently make yourself look retarded by posting shit you're completely clueless on and it's incredibly easy to goad reactions out of you which is very entertaining. Then you get pissy and call people who are clearly more informed than you "Neocons" or "Biden voters." And then negrate them as if that's some big gotcha. You mostly see the bringing American politics into stuff that has nothing to do with it from braindead redditors.

You know at times I almost feel bad for making fun of you because you really don't seem very bright but then I remember to not give a shit and laugh anyways because you're so fucking stupid yet completely unaware of it kinda like the Lolcows on this site.

And now to laugh at the retard. BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHA!

Boy, you really are living up to that username.

If you can't figure out why America's food consumption matters in a discussion about what constitutes sufficient levels of food consumption, you are an abject retard. Why am I even having this discussion with someone who doesn't know that "per capita" and "per person" mean the same?

The downward trend is because there is increased demand for meat, ergo China imports more soybeans to feed pigs and cows. The actual production has increased while China's population has remained static, ergo more availability of staple crops.
"You're a Leftist!" "Is shilling the CHINESE COMMUNIST PARTY and praising Mao."
I didn't know that quoting actual statistics about China such as "China in most years is self-sufficient in grains" and "Mao quelled dissent under his rule" is shilling for China. Seems a lot different than when you go shill for the Biden economy that you believe was indeed "built back better" just like the Uniparty you clearly love.

You still going?
:story:
>he doesn't know that "per person" and "per capita" mean the same
The first words at the top of the page.

Daily supply of calories per

person, 2018

My point is alot clearer when you say. "Per person" and then realize China has 3x the population the US does.

By the way I didn't even notice but you used 5 year old data again so you're either dishonest or very fucking dumb, possibly both. Either way China still has 3x the population the US does so this point is almost completely irrelevant and infact works against what you're saying, but again what does America have to do with how much food China consumes?
I didn't know that quoting actual statistics about China
Stats you misinterpret(more likely just lie about to save face) and don't understand or get flatout wrong?
"Mao quelled dissent under his rule" is shilling for China.

Mao murdered people under his rule.* Maybe they just had a pinic at Tiananmen square though.
Seems a lot different than when you go shill for the Biden economy that you believe was indeed "built back better" just like the Uniparty you clearly love.
This is your argument style.

1. Make exact same claim you made several times already worded slightly differently.
2. Refuse to acknowledge arguments people make that complete eviscerate your retarded claims and also refuse to elaborate on your own claims in anyway shape or form.
3. Post link to an article that doesn't say what you think it does or you just post it and hope people don't check to make your points seem valid because you're too lazy to defend your claims.
4. Get pissy when people don't follow your schizophrenic logic and make shitty ad-hominem attacks at people instead of ever refuting your points.
5. Keep responding over and over getting increasingly dumber, more hostile and less relveant with each and every response.

"Why do people think I'm an idiot!?!?!?"

It's been fun arguing with the village idiot but I think I've done a sufficient job making you look like the mouth-breathing retard you are.
If you really need more people to call you dumb-ass go to the CCP thread.

I've been pretty disturbed lately by the soaring costs around the world. My family had to install solar panels on top of the house due to the rising costs of electricity and everything else costs much more than they should be. I've been losing my sanity over rising costs, the things I used to afford I couldn't do anymore.
Yeah, luckily, Iam in a position where all ive seen is an increase in groceries, but it has got me thinking about ways to spend less. Ive gotten waist deep in ways to spend less for my entertainment in all forms. Cardgames, classic boardgames. No point spending $80-100 on a videogame when there's plenty of good old games or there, and ways to entertain ourselves cheaply.

I think alot of people have fallen into the trap of wasting money on entertainment.

I swear de-sensitization (tolerance) of dopatine from modern entertainment is just like porn addicts going to more "extreme" stuff because they can't get off to the old stuff.

In more economical news:
Chinese milk + meat imports for wholesale are down about 60% YTD from the US. Prices drop on inputs (imported) are expected to drop 30% in China. Meanwhile retail meat prices are rising while veg/staples are deflating. Oddball situation on the latter part. Pork continues to get fucked by hemorrhagic fever (Supposedly from Russia, although I wouldn't discount glow shenanigans) and the new sanitary requirements are insane. Holy fucking shit 2 week quarantine before entering and forcing you to work in biohazard gear for a month rotation without leaving the facility is insane.

US agriculture is going to have a bad day (Guess who a major US importer is? Chyna) and the corps are probably gonna beg for more subsidies. Another nail into the hyperinflation death spiral.
