Contractors are not employees for ADA purposes. Murray's threat of an ADA complaint is one of the inconsistencies in Murray's original cubicle kickdown story. One of the reasons companies use contractors instead of employees is they don't have to deal with ADA shit.

Okay, so I'm going to explain how this works. Legally, in the United States (which is the only jurisdiction Lolcow LLC and I care about), child pornography is a very hard to define thing. It may seem obvious, but when you write a law, you have to define what is illegal, and it's hard to define. They've tried using a bunch of different metrics and observable things for deterministic evaluation of images, but it doesn't work and the resulting definition is very blurry.

There are three types of media that are illegal.

1) Photographs that fail the DOST test, which include the actual images as well as how they're stored. I.E., J. C. Penny catalog photographs individually pass the DOST test, but a 30 year old man hoarding dozens of clip outs of those photographs fail it.

2) Drawn likenesses of real children (which is the only way 2D is illegal), and

3) Rendered 3D images that are life-like enough to be the real thing if they failed the DOST test as well.

Now this artist doesn't seem to do hardcore renders which individually fail the DOST test (he can use the nudism/art excuse), so I'd say this isn't outright illegal. I'd also say that we're safe to host it. But,

1) Drawn / fabricated CP is illegal in the UK,

2) No one wants to look at it.

So TL;DR: please archive stuff thoroughly with archive.is because it's not technically illegal, but don't host it directly here. I'd also advise against using imgur.com because they're shit. Use mixtape.moe instead, but archive.is is still the best option.

Or we may be missing one child of Murray born prior to his "marriage" to Carolyn Danette. I still think the 1983 marriage to UNKNOWN was a prior marriage and if he was kind of a flake already, she would have gotten custody.

Note about the Root/Huggins bros - tracked them down on FB - none of them have Murray or their uncles in their friends lists with the exception of Justin, who has his uncle Jason from his mom's side listed.

Also, Jordan appears to own a metaphysical store in Athens, GA.

I was pretty shocked at first, this truly was a bizarre experience before the part about his wife dying and maybe being the cause for the autism outburst in 2006.

But if he has been this autistic for 10 years and nothing of note happened (criminally), I'm leaning less towards "scary individual" and more towards "sad individual".

Late, but it was cocaine. I didn't take a screen shot of the post, but it's probably around page 40ish of his Tumblr where Lysik talks about Ancient Guardian overcoming cocaine addiction and alcoholism.

Interestingly, there are multiple posts about Lysik being drunk, on Murrays favorite drink, Crown Royal mixed with Guinness.

It could be both. Assuming it started out as roleplay as a form of escapism, any predisposition towards dissociation would make it more likely that he would go full hog on the crazy train if he sunk enough time and effort into it from the start. especially if he was trying to escape a super shitty life. exaggerated by the fact he likely didn't have any friends or associations outside of family members or friends of his wife.

as for pictures - this guy doesn't post actual pics. least not where i've come across him so far.
