3 weeks post-op Brassard, bad dehiscence

The image speaks for itself i guess... i was not too worried when they removed the packing and it showed the dehiscence on the labia majora but when the gauze over the clitoris/small lips/urethra finally fell, seeing all these undone stitches "inside" absolutely destroyed me. I'm seeing brassard again on the 23rd and ill try to start talking about wether this will be fixable in a revision eventually but my hopes are really down, rip ffs budget

Dear god imagine getting your slanty eyes surgically rounded in a country with no electricity and critical shortages of everything, including medical supplies and anesthetics. Yeonmi Park had an appendix surgery she didnt need and they couldnt put her under because there werent any drugs.

I know this is a few pages old but this grosses me out more than their mangled arms 🤢 it’s SO uncanny and disgusting. It’s soft and doughy without any solidness of a real dick. imagining someone fellate/fuck that thing - especially when it’s not shaved - makes me so grossed out.

RedRockWulf has gotten stage 2. Involves getting a vaginectomy, the beginnings of UL, and the scrotoplasty.
She says she's halfway through surgeries but, as we know, UL causes so many complications that she's going to have many extra surgeries. The eventual erectile device is also going to cause perpetual complications as it rarely functions more than 6 months without needing repairs or replacement.

Stage 2 completed, now half way done with all the stages 💪🏻

I’m still a bit delirious from all the pills / anastesia and totally forgot I already made an early post about this but this one has more pics so gonna keep them both here
I used to be terrified of stage 1 and thought I was gonna cancel the week of cause of how anxious I was to go through such a major operation, but I’m so happy I pushed through it and find that everything has been worth it. Thank you :)

And yes as the other comment says, they do the vaginectomy similar to a hysterectomy by pumping the belly with air and using a robot
Tbh I never had to take oxy for top, hysto or stage 1 so pain was extremely minimal for me, but this stage 2 has been super sore from them taking the gracilis muscle, creating balls and the gas pain they pumped to do the vaginectomy. I’d say it’s similar to top in that it could be very hard to sit up and use that core strength so you’re more reliant on your arms / shoulders to move. As long as I stay on top of my pills it’s definitely manageable though.

Scrotoplasty, vaginectomy and start of UL in 3 days​

It feels like a bitter sweet thing
I’m straight so I never used it for sex, but I did enjoy the occasional finger bang from my wife about once every 3 months or so. Could never bring myself to touch it though
When I’m not using it for that I forget it’s there until I have to hose it down in the shower cause it smells nasty after going for a run or when it decides to make random noises.

I won’t actually be able to STP until stage 3 since the team does it in 2 stages though so I’ll be counting down the 4 months it takes to the next stage. Then I could look forward to glans and UL

They always claim that their stink ditches being described as “open wounds” is “TERF lies”. But literally how are they not that?

About the internal hair that the guy complained about feeling, seems to be a common complaint. I think the doctors tell them not to get laser hair removal on the scrotum etc because it will weaken the tissue and that they won’t grow hair because they’ll scrape the follicles off or something. But that doesn’t actually stop hair growth. I’ve heard of troons having to go to Finland to get some sort of chemical put inside their ditches to stop the hair growth.

Mtf srs doesn't get nearly enough hate as a method as it deserves here. They skin and shave down the sides of the dick and push it inside the groin with the head peeking out that's supposed to be a "clit". If a surgeon is on the more cautious side, they will preserve the dickhead, it looks goofy but retains some sensation (the result of the Czech guy above). The more hardboiled butchers, especially the Thai ones, will also skin and dice the head for aesthetic purposes, rendering the troon unable to coom.

hey this is gonna be long shot but i have a question

so i got phallo in feb ‘22, and was up until now quite happy with my results but after looking through this thread more, i realised that i’m actually not as content as i thought i was

for reference im a quite skinny and medium height (5’9/177cm) guy so naturally my surgeon looked at me and thought, well im gonna make a penis that fits him

but my arm graft is just barely longer than half of my forearm so he def had some more real estate to work with

so HERES the question long shot but is there any way i can get a second phalloplasty after already having had one? (i dont have an erectile prosthetic and am not looking to get one done) maybe from a leg graft? im not really sure i 100% want one, but just the option would be nice, the thought of having a penis that finally makes me happy is amazing like i have sex with a jockstrap on so i dont have to see my dick (im a bttm), thats how i feel currently

im in no way trying to sound ungrateful or smth, but im really just kinda disappointed
