Twitch & Their Competitors / r/LivestreamFail / Live Streamer Community - Imitation of Hollywood

  • 🐕 I am attempting to get the site runnning as fast as possible. If you are experiencing slow page load times, please report it.
Vinny's community is equally infested, it just doesn't bleed into the stream content as much. Main thing to avoid is any "Vinny & Friends" streams, especially the ones where his mods are on mic. If they aren't troons themselves then they're definitely adjacent.
It's not free of them but it's definitely not equally infested, too many of them went after Vinny the second he got metoo'd by some dramawhore, some still claim he's a gigarapist to this day

Almost all charities are scams. If you see anyone supporting them then they are in on it, are lazy and have done effectively no research, and or are doing it solely for good boy points. The only charities I might give to are local or church run charities, but those are more often scams than not even then.

This is also hilarious since Critikal seems to be involved and he had a video ages ago where he tried to give money to charities and after extensive research came to the same conclusion and had no idea how to give his money in a way that wouldn't be used in a scam. Guess he just decided to say fuck it and join in rather than have any moral integrity, but then again he did sign his soul (and whatever talent he had left) away the minute he started streaming so its not surprising.
Null's charity we got too cocky

According to the article, 37 influencers were involved. 2.6 million dollars divided by 37 is approx 70,000 dollars. Asmongold, Mizkif, Hasan, and Penguinz0 all make millions every year. I have a hard time believing they'd knowlingly scam anyone and risk their reputation for such a relatively paltry sum.
If this is true, then it would probably mean that this partnership is less likely malicious and more likely to be just plain stupidity.

It's indicative that most of these streamers have no concept of business and partnerships. Any businessman with any sort of sense can see fucking red flags coming from a mile away.

Asmongold, xQc, all of OTK, Ludwig, Hasan, amongst other famous streamers, have all been exposed by a journalist named Jacob Wolf of promoting a charity scam by a company called "Softgiving", now known as "Brandfluence" (A)

The only streamer to respond publicly so far has been Asmongold, and he did it in his typical scummy fashion, by acting like a Internet Tough Guy and then saying "who give's a shit" if people got scammed, and then he fucking bans the user who asked about it.
Asmongold has become a long nosed shekel counter at this point. What little humanity his autism brain had it in has been replaced by treating everything like a money making scenario for himself and others. He can't see outside of doing business for anything.

Bleed off from Jerma. They aren't super prevalent but you find a streamer on twitch that doesn't have some weird troon population somewhere in it at this point. I think even LTG has some.

Hmm, twitch streamers/influencers are discovered to be dishonest scum who will do anything for money, even helping to perpetuate a scam (one claiming to be a charity no less).

*Checks calendar* ah, yes, it is indeed a day ending in 'Y'.

I eagerly await the day the 'easy online money via streaming' bubble collapses, and these worthless leeches are forced to have to go out and get real jobs.

Even DSP for has a prevalent troon whale in his chat ffs. Fucking DSP out of all people

That retard isn't a real troon. He's LARPing as one because he's desperate for attention.

There was a clip of DSP in 2021 flat out refusing to say "trans rights" when a viewer was pressuring him to say it. Wish I still had it saved because it was an unbelievably based moment for him.

Check out Vinesauce, he's like Jerma, but w/o the loony troons.
Vinny is Jerma but he passively ignores the trannies rather than feeding into them. Joel (Vinny's Swedish equivalent) is even more deliberate in ignoring the troons. Both are still surrounded by trannies, Joel's just more aggressively passive against the them.
Morgpie is a 3rd rate failed porn star with fake tits that look like she had them done in fucking Mexico and a tranny body, which is why she payswalls all her nudes behind onlyfans now as all the free shit is from when she was 19 and had a more normal body.
Morgpie is also one of the players in the orchestrated cancelling of SuperMega, led by fellow OnlyFans whore Lexupdog. TL;DR, she was angry that Matt of SuperMega hooked up with her only one time and didn't want to pursue a further relationship, so she lied and said he was cheating on his current girlfriend with her to add onto Lex and Leighton's attempt at ruining them.
I'll never understand why people give these guys money, they're absolute scum and most are boring as fuck.
Parasocialism is extremely powerful, Twitch is built off of lonely teens and 20-somethings with no friends who get entertained by listening to "charismatic" personalities talk into a microphone for 6 hours a day. Female streamers are even more popular because that same demographic is vulnerable to the sound and appearance of any cosplaying, cutesy uwu girl who looks vaguely asian. That's how Emiru of OTK fame and Pokimane have an audience despite being boring and uninteresting.

It's sad I actually used to watch Asmongold. Used to get excited to watch his streams because he was just goofy and sometimes he'd actually say something smart about MMO design. I don't know if anything changed or I finally watched him long enough to see who he really was, but Asmongold really is WoW's lolcow. He's so desperate to be an internet tough guy. "Who gives a shit" is practically his catch phrase. It's a get out of jail free card. Any time someone makes a point or asks a question he doesn't want to address he can say it doesn't matter nobody cares, and shuts down the whole conversation so he doesn't have to look stupid. His fans are just as retarded. It's the usual spergs who have to white knight their favorite internet persoanlity. Doesn't matter how stupid or wrong he is better spam the new meme in chat guys. It's amazing that Asmongold makes a fuck ton of money. Despite what you might think looking at his dirty ass room, between sponsorships, OTK, and Twitch this fucker makes bank. He's just such a lazy nasty piece of shit that he can't be bothered to decorate his room with it. I guess if I have to give him any credit it's that he didn't fill his room with obnoxious GAMER RGB lights as soon as he got rich.

The TL;DR of the article is that all of these streamers had streams where the promoted various charities run by Softgiving, and said all of the donations made during the stream would be donated to those charities. However, 42% of all the donation money went to Softgiving's wallets, and not to charity.

Jacob Wolf then responded to this clip on Xitter after it was sent to him.

The OTK-dick-sucking mods of LSF removed the original thread exposing this, btw.

OP posted what the LSF mods said it was removed for, which doesn't make sense at all

Weren't they part of an influencer house which also hosts mini ladd, I could be wrong but I saw somebody make a video on that showing the website and asmongold and Ludwig beside mini ladd.

The only things left after the great cancellation will be the husk of AVGN. In a perfect world James retires at 50 and is recasted in the of the nerd by his wife’s son ScottView attachment 5617280
naw, in a perfect world, James would've retired the character around 2015 or so, because that's when the quality took a nosedive

Even if we assume the best that it wasn't done knowingly that doesn't change the fact that they are still responsible for it. If they didn't do it knowingly then why not say it? If it wasn't done knowingly you should be appalled that your name is attached to it and you should at the very least make an apology. They're still guilty of being reckless and milking their audience for money without a thought. Rich streamers get where they are by whoring themselves out and grabbing any business opportunity that comes their way. I have no sympathy for anyone when that lifestyle comes to bite them in the ass.

Back in my heyday of 85 niggas would just hit the bar, dance and fuck a thot.

Kids are pathetic, lol.

A journalist does a good thing, for once.
This is what, the forth charity fraud case?
There's that savethechildren crypto scam, the Open Hand Foundation grift, now this one.
We can probably count BetterHelp too, they pretended to care about mental health. There's also that Establish Titles scam, they claimed for each purchase, they'll plant a tree -- they're using the notion of being charitable to scam money.

So, fifth?

Throw streamers into woodchippers.
I know, I'll have to get someone from Shenzhen to design one large enough so fat fucks like Boogie2988 fits.
