Funny how it works like that. Some time ago, I mentioned a troon who was obsessed with the Barry Allen version of the Flash. After he trooned out, he became fat and unsightly.

Met another troon, who looked like a normal woman, then trooned out and deadass looks like a fatter Graeme Kelly if he was a gremlin. Often posting nudes online and acts like people making fun of her is the same as wanting to murder her. Also suffers from Trump brain rot. So it's just annoying on top of annoying on top of annoying.

And creepy because she 1) stalks celebrities and scours the internet for any bit of information about them so she can jerk off to them or whatever and 2) she's one of those people who think that writing chomo fanfiction is totally fine and not immoral.

I'm leaving details vague for obvious reasons, but I have a relevant thing. It isn't my friend, but a friend's friend.
A while back, they came out as trans. I barely know them so I didn't really care, but did get annoyed by him spamming tranny shit in our group chats.

I held my tongue for months. My friend moved in with the tranny, and I warned him that a lot of trans people have other underlying mental issues, so he should be sure he knows what he's doing. He went ahead anyway, and now has to take care of retarded suicidal manchild. The tranny threatens suicide every time he doesn't get his way. My friend started acting like a battered wife. I kept trying to tell him that he's being manipulated and the troon isn't gonna do shit, and if they did, it'd be their own fault - not my friend's.

Finally the tranny bought a gun, and threatened to murder-suicide himself and my friend. My friend finally snapped the fuck out of it, kicked his ass and is now moving out.

I post this so anyone who gave up on a transgender friend will feel less bad. This is the kind of thing that can happen when you placate angry manchildren, be glad they're gone.

Another year, another friend lost.

My Art Friend circle shrinks yet again as another young woman declares herself a "he/him" for the new year. This one is especially egregious as she is very mentally ill (raging BPD exacerbated by severe social media addiction & autism) and obsessed with the girliest media ever. Like, as in, her whole personality is MLP, magical girls, pink shit, Lisa Frank, kawaii culture, etc. She touts herself as "a man" because she likes having a short pixie cut (dyed pink because of course it is), is slightly overweight, and does not fit the conventional definition of "attractive".

A person denouncing their natal sex is always depressing, especially when it's a friend, but this one pisses me off because, for all the post modern screeching about "body positivity", this young woman, who is the epitome of feminine other than her slightly unconventional appearance and affinity for practical haircuts, still thinks she needs to cause harm to her body (she has been toying with the idea of T) & tout lies all because she does not completely fit the stereotypical mold of what she has been conditioned to believe "a woman" is.

It's a very clear manifestation of her self-hatred, which has been compounded each year I've known her, and I wish I could help, even though I know I can not. I wish she could see the potential in her that I see -- this is a talented young woman who is hyper-girly yet in a rougher, tomboyish way. Her work is gorgeous and steeped in the notion of friendship, happiness & female nostalgia, and she puts great effort into her appearance despite her natural physical flaws. She has such potential to be an inspiration to young girls (something she wishes to do with her art) yet she's denouncing the reality of her womanhood because A Cult Told Her To. She could show young women that "hey, you can do femininity AND still be hard-working, fun, and practical" but no. No, instead she has chosen to tell them, "in order to be hard-working, fun, and practical while also being feminine, you must declare yourself a man!"

Speaking of another video game cover musician who also dressed up as a female character for a video., it made me think of String Video Gamer who does violin covers.

Admittedly I wrote the post in a hurry, so I didn't include everything.

The police were eventually contacted, and while I don't have all the details, the tranny basically denied threatening my friend and said their only intent with the gun was suicide. Charges were never brought against them and they were merely taken to an inpatient mental facility for now. They should have been called as soon as he exited the apartment, but instead, his mother talked him into it later that day.

My understanding is that the tranny had been going crazy off and on for months whenever they'd drink alcohol, My friend apparently just put up with a loud, angry, suicide baiting tranny for months and only took action when he was directly threatened. Couldn't be me tbh.

Remembered another person I knew who's gone non binary - another former classmate, this girl was a straight A student, wise beyond her years, in a bunch of extracurricular activities, not super popular but if anyone picked on her she knew how to stand up for herself. Worst part is I like some of the people there, especially the owner who I relate to in his struggles with mental health. I thought I was doing an adequate job in keeping him away from this tranny shit without being outright hostile and fracturing the group but recently I've learnt that he's been getting sent sex toys and womens clothing by other men in exchange for money. He's also been posting about chastity cages and I saw the DIYHRT directory in his bookmarks when he was streaming the other day.

Am I just too attached to retards on the internet? Discord and specifically the core of this group is the only way I socialise daily, I know I can go long periods of time without substantial socialisation/friendship it's just that these online friendships are easier than being alone. I just don't really know what to do here.
