Being Trespassed means that they put you have been officially been warned and its in writing that accessing the property will be a crime. Its not a Daniel Larson thing; its usually from when people are barred from stores for shop lifting small amounts that don't get them arrested and the business just wants them trespassed for the future.
I live in the US, and outside of this thread I'm sure I've never heard people use the word that way. It's used throughout the US. "Trespass" as a verb is short for being issued a trespass warning by police on behalf of a property owner, or property manager or store manager, etc. If you are trespassed by police it means you have to leave and must not return. If you do return, it's considered trespass after warning and you can be arrested just for showing up, even if you didn't do anything disruptive.
So, trespass warning is kind of like a restraining order except you don't need to go to court to get one, and the warning protects property, technically, not individual people.

Trespassed is just the past tense of trespassing. You can get charged with trespassing if you were trespassing. That doesn't mean "the police tresspassed you", that just sounds retarded and against all rules of grammar.
When you get charged with theft, manslaughter, or rape the you didn't get "thefted", "manslaughtered", or "raped". It's fucking bizarre and not normal, I'm standing my ground on this one, this is not a US norm.
You're entitled to your wrong opinion lol. Haven't you ever seen a Karen/Public Freakout video? Search youtube for the word trespassed. It's a thing.I live in the US, and outside of this thread I'm sure I've never heard people use the word that way.

Again proving that no legal system will ever contain a true Lolcow just like with Chris.
True. I just heard of this bozo recently (thank you Kiwi Farms!) but he is producing a lot more milk than CWC has within the last year or more.Again proving that no legal system will ever contain a true Lolcow just like with Chris.![]()
I've heard it plenty of times in and out of court proceedings. It isn't an official legal term, though. It's basically cop jargon.I live in the US, and outside of this thread I'm sure I've never heard people use the word that way.
It is always trespassing to be on a property without permission, but it is usually at most a civil trespass, not an actual crime, unless you were on notice somehow, either by being directly told, by there being a sign, or by the circumstances being such that no reasonable person would believe they were allowed to be on the property, i.e. if you broke down a door to get in (and then it's a whole other crime too). You can't pre-theft, or pre-rape; but you can legally be on a property without it being trespassing.
you would think Daniel would want to be locked up at least until spring.Being in jail is a better fate for this man than being gangstalked by redditors 24/7
He'd rather be a streaming street junkie than have three hots and a cot. Being a homeless schizo lolcow that meets up with teenage "fans" and has drones following him is a lot more exciting than being locked up in a minimum security section of the country jail.you would think Daniel would want to be locked up at least until spring.
If I were him I'd do some minor crime that would only get him a 90-day sentence that way he'd have 3 hots and a cot at least until the weather gets warm enough to survive outside. Is Colorado one of those states that don't lock people up for minor crimes, only reason I ask is I have seen Daniel get PR bonds a few times, and here it's extremely rare to get a PR bond.
I think the judge will give you a PR bond the first time you get in trouble here and that's it, after you get one you'll never get another.
Larson can't handle being inside longer then a day or two. Every time he gets a apartment or some type of home he has a meltdown over something stupid and destroys the place, gets kicked out and ends up back on the streets within a couple of days.I was told by some zoomie girl I know that Larson was in a home but I'm guessing that's incorrect since he just got arrested? I don't have the give a fuck to keep up with this gross shit show.

True, I was just thinking since he keeps getting kicked out of places like the homeless shelter his next best option would be county jail lol. He'd rather be a streaming street junkie than have three hots and a cot. Being a homeless schizo lolcow that meets up with teenage "fans" and has drones following him is a lot more exciting than being locked up in a minimum security section of the country jail.
On top of that I think he'd get his ass kicked by other inmates after being insufferable. Being his cellie would be a severe punishment in and of itself.
I think a routine would probably do Larson good but he is of course gonna fight against one. And yea I've heard of people going to jail just to get there med needs taken care of because they couldn't afford it, I live in a tourist town and we have task forces setup to bust homeless ppl and tear down tent cities, and our jail population has exploded because of it but a lot of the homeless people don't seem to mind being in jail. They get 3 meals a day, a place to sleep, etc if they cant stay clean long enough to get into the homeless shelter the jail works well for a lot of these ppl.Larson can't seem to handle being in a place with established rules. You'd think a tard would be happy to have some sorta routine. Larson seems to be the exception to this.
In regards to the whole jail being the best place for him to get through the winter, I've heard stories of people deliberately getting arrested just so that they can have some basic medical needs met, especially if they can't afford it.
Honestly, just from looking at the cops face in the video I'm gonna say it was a little from column A a little from column B. As soon as it became clear to the Airport Cop that he was gonna have to arrest the jackass on outstanding warrant he probably wrote him for trespass as well. I mean if he's gotta do the paperwork and deal with the skel, he may as well get some credit for it.View attachment 5624380
I believe he was taken in for outstanding warrants, not for trespassing at the airport.
It kind of amazes me being that he's on probation and he has clearly violated it in a myriad of ways.I’m surprised he got out so quick, and for what reason? It’s fucking freezing today. The wind is super shitty.
Why was he even AT the airport? So odd. It’s not like DIA is close to the city.
Colorado probation is fucking weird. You either get away with tons of bullshit or they throw the book at you the first time.It kind of amazes me being that he's on probation and he has clearly violated it in a myriad of ways.
1. New charges
2. Contact with the police
3. No stable housing
4. I would put money on him fail a drug test
No sure of how Colorado probation works but where I am if you violate you have to Gagon hearing the first one is quick the 2nd takes months and because you've violated they hold you without bond.
I'm really amazed he's just allowed to run wild and I makes makes me wonder if that is the same for all nonviolent criminal offenders.
