Being Trespassed means that they put you have been officially been warned and its in writing that accessing the property will be a crime. Its not a Daniel Larson thing; its usually from when people are barred from stores for shop lifting small amounts that don't get them arrested and the business just wants them trespassed for the future.

It's used throughout the US. "Trespass" as a verb is short for being issued a trespass warning by police on behalf of a property owner, or property manager or store manager, etc. If you are trespassed by police it means you have to leave and must not return. If you do return, it's considered trespass after warning and you can be arrested just for showing up, even if you didn't do anything disruptive.

So, trespass warning is kind of like a restraining order except you don't need to go to court to get one, and the warning protects property, technically, not individual people.

You can't pre-theft, or pre-rape; but you can legally be on a property without it being trespassing. You can't just arrest someone from trespassing from a public place that they were previously legal to be without issuing them the warning that they are no longer legally able to be there; hence they've now ben trespassed.

I've heard it plenty of times in and out of court proceedings. It isn't an official legal term, though. It's basically cop jargon.

You can't pre-theft, or pre-rape; but you can legally be on a property without it being trespassing.

It is always trespassing to be on a property without permission, but it is usually at most a civil trespass, not an actual crime, unless you were on notice somehow, either by being directly told, by there being a sign, or by the circumstances being such that no reasonable person would believe they were allowed to be on the property, i.e. if you broke down a door to get in (and then it's a whole other crime too).

If property is generally open to the public, the withdrawal of permission must usually be explicit.

Since putting someone on notice has the same result as a civil action, most people just go for that because what they want is the person to stay out of their property.

Is Colorado one of those states that don't lock people up for minor crimes, only reason I ask is I have seen Daniel get PR bonds a few times, and here it's extremely rare to get a PR bond.

I think the judge will give you a PR bond the first time you get in trouble here and that's it, after you get one you'll never get another.

Larson can't handle being inside longer then a day or two. Every time he gets a apartment or some type of home he has a meltdown over something stupid and destroys the place, gets kicked out and ends up back on the streets within a couple of days.

In regards to the whole jail being the best place for him to get through the winter, I've heard stories of people deliberately getting arrested just so that they can have some basic medical needs met, especially if they can't afford it.

True, I was just thinking since he keeps getting kicked out of places like the homeless shelter his next best option would be county jail lol.
On inmates beating his ass, if he was smart which we know he isn't so there is that but if he was he would put a request in to be an inmate worker, then he would be moved to a less restricted cell block and the inmates in there wouldn't want to be put in lockdown and never be allowed to be a worker again so they wouldn't beat his ass unless he started something.

I think a routine would probably do Larson good but he is of course gonna fight against one. And yea I've heard of people going to jail just to get there med needs taken care of because they couldn't afford it, I live in a tourist town and we have task forces setup to bust homeless ppl and tear down tent cities, and our jail population has exploded because of it but a lot of the homeless people don't seem to mind being in jail. They get 3 meals a day, a place to sleep, etc if they cant stay clean long enough to get into the homeless shelter the jail works well for a lot of these ppl.

Honestly, just from looking at the cops face in the video I'm gonna say it was a little from column A a little from column B. I have no idea how he’s been able to just run wild in the state still. It makes no sense to me. It could be that it’s not a drug issue and that’s why he’s free so fast.

Him trespassing at DIA is even more odd, how? Why? I’m fairly certain you need a ticket to get to the chapel (where I think he was in that video, never knew it existed or that there was one) could be wrong and it could be outside security on the second floor but I’m still just puzzled. It’s at LEAST an hour drive to DIA from boulder/golden/Denver area. And that’s using the toll road.
