Transport costs, similar, about 33%.

Utilities like phone services, 16% of the UK - and a staggering 10% of what they pay in Germany. More data can always help, but I was trying to find an actual comparison based off of the shit I buy.

The final index I found was that the same quality of life, internally, including property and shit which the average person would find important:
