need =/= want
need =/= enjoy
need =/= find it less irritating occasionally not to have endless debate every time someone is having a day and venting in a generalized way, or just sharing data

If you read the thread (you do, at least to skim) you'll see a lot of comments are singular or with some fairly low-comment-count engagement. Much of the responses are in agreement or mild qualification. Sometimes that's all it needs. Personally, I have a different (or indifferent) perspective on many comments, for a variety of reasons, but sometimes there there are things I agree with or perspectives I hadn't considered, and it's nice to be able to see the comments without it devolving into another derailed, nasty shitfest by people who just want a springboard to aim comments about how degenerate, evil, and stupid every girl over the age of 12 is at someone they perceive to be one of those monsters. That kind of thing just buries the original point of whatever the comment/complaint was. And even if it manages to stay somewhere near the original topic, if it's anything that critiques men, there is no rational discussion to be had. The most virulent folks coming in on topics of concern particular to women never, ever come with actual facts*. They never rarely engage in debate that isn't personal, they can't admit an error or learn anything new or laugh at themselves or have an honorable debate, and they aren't willing to do the research (or read and consider what's been done for them, and challenge it). Instead they just react emotionally - and angrily to a sometimes side-eye-worthy degree. Meanwhile, actual discussion of the topic is degraded and lost.

*which is too bad, because some are smart or observant and interested, and may actually have good substantive points or sharp/clever arguments, but most will always roll back to unsupported assertions. And it's always assertions about "men superior, women inferior." And generalized gestures at "throughout history until those fucking feminists ruined everything" with "cites" to "there was order" "men were men" "women weren't so uppity and worthless" or "were supposed to be like cavemen," along with a lot of wringing hands in sorrowful fretting that somehow women voting means you can't get your ass out of a gaming chair. But where was I? Oh, yeah: absent facts or at least serious sports combat skills (and ffs, a sense of humor and perspective), all that noise is just noise. Same thing every time; low effort position-based comments; no relevant, topical data; no credible challenge, just assertions and dogpiling. Just c&p from the last time they chimed in. If that's how it is (it mostly is), then nothing of value has been lost by wrangling those who won't or can't wrangle themselves. Poking at people and out-arguing them is fun. Shitposting is even funny at times. But if it's just ugly anger not even near on-topic, it's valueless.

So, rather than continuing plaints about the unfairness of it all, an alternative approach might be to accept that it exists - maybe born out of the retard factor but perhaps capable of being something better - and see if there's any insight to be gained among the venting and heightened wording. Perhaps without the din of 20:1 tangential insults drowning out these women's words, a person could, instead of immediately dismissing every single word, consider whether there is any potential new thing to consider.

Of course, that does require one to allow for the possibility that he might not already know everything, and better than the person originating it. You know, like (I'm repeating my jab, I know - just like a woman, amirite?) telling them their own feelings and motivations then telling them that because of the assigned feelings, they now have an inescapable (and impliedly damning) conundrum created by their own inferior natures. That kind of thing.

I also notice the women-hate thread, which is also primarily sex-segregated (both threads have exceptions), continues along. I guess the men there (ahem) want need that safe space free from the feminine mystique critique.

Did you read the OP and Lidl's posts? I'm sure you did. It's completely crafted to generate reaction. It holds only generalizations and seething hatred combined with minimal amounts of very low quality mockery.
I think that you SHOULD be able to act like that, and that the inevitable reaction is warranted too.
If you want a reasonable discussion, like we always had, don't participate in calling women whores and lusting over 12 yrs old, don't propose to enslave them and forcefully breed them. Same goes for males.
You cannot have it both ways. The only reason you can is because Null wants it. But in a fair reality, you would be forced to face the repercussions of your moid hate.
