I genuinely cursed under my breath opening this page and seeing that faggot try and spin for more TV. "This fucking cunt..."

I haven't watched any of his CES shit, because I thought this would happen, and they could have had a real nice PR boost by letting someone else be the host at CES, like Luke or Dennis or even let Tranthony go and get made fun of by yellow people.

I wouldn't know what video it was; but I remember a video where he talked about fitness and stuff for a bit, and he aspired to lose weight because he got into a car wreck, and was too big to get out of his car on his own, and they had to jaws of life him out. Don't quote me on that, I'm probably getting something wrong; but yeah, he was apparently a really big boy.

If the video is still out there, and it should be, it'd be a couple years old by now.
He hinted at the gastric bypass in his latest health update video, no idea he was that big though.

The current top comment on the reddit is clearly a LTT employee or linus himself.

Not even the same conclusion, GN was much more favorable.

Thread seems to be hidden, I can't see it at all and can only access it from the link in my history:

Besides being more favorable than "Its a horrible product that nobody should buy", GN gave it a solid recommendation for niche small form-factor builders. And that's for a revision that's a bit worse than what LTT got.

But actually important is that they did absolutely meticulous testing and validation. GN's review vs LTT's review is like a neurosurgeon's opinion vs a Herbalife Karen's opinion.

And most importantly, they didn't sell it OR auction it.

And they provided in-depth feedback that BL would have otherwise had to pay quite a lot to a testing lab to get. For BL, knowing about that CPU contact pressure issue probably makes the review worth it just on its own besides the vindication of having it properly tested and shown to an enthusiast audience that's much more informed than Linus' NPC yesmen.

They deleted it. Banned account is unrelated, just tired of making new ones.

Someone tried to repost it:
I don't know why anyone, even on Reddit is surprised that the tranny jannies are trying to shut down discussion of GN once again completely mogging LTT by simply doing their jobs correctly, with no fucking about.

I personally would want to see someone posting it on the forums. Their moderation is way less draconian than the ones on Discord and Reddit but someone would need to do an post that the person isn't trying to bring back the drama

I'm a bit late to the party, Steve from GamersNexus did a proper review of Billet Labs' monoblock showing his unmitigated autism.

The cooling block is made out of C101 copper, entirely in the UK. This explains their high production cost and should shut the Lilith simps still coping about stuff being cheaply (not really) made overseas.

Yeah, this thing is designed for the most autistic type of gear snobs.

I love their sustainable packaging. LTT probably gloats about being all environmentally friendly but doesn't actually care, since Lilith needs yet another massive flat screen TV that will eventually go into the bin.

These guys are using wooden boxes with stuff laser engraved on.
Again, considering how Linus simply got some Alibaba bare bones laser engraver kit that was meant to go into the end user's housing to be sold as a white labelled product and ran it without protection, I would say it's another thing Billet is doing right.

GN used laser scanning to see the flatness of the mounting block, a device Lilith would only be able to do laser engraving with and hopefully gets a Darwin award. The block does deform slightly after repeated mounting, though that's something an average user will likely not encounter.

Conclusion:
Compact, tiny device with good/better than OEM air cooler performance. They are quick to respond to advice.
GPU pressure patch was exceptional.
Increase mounting pressure for CPUs.

LTT sucks and their simps should just eat a copper hammer.

It probably doesn't have enough bang for the buck to justify spending nearly a grand on just a cooler, except for the most extreme overclocking, but it's utterly beautiful. I am sure the autists into shit like this are going to be satisfied with it.

I don't think this is for gear snobs. Gear nerds, absolutely. But with thermals like those, and for that price point, it's for people who look at gear and think "that's so cool!" instead of "that'll get me so many upvotes when I post it on twidditbook".

Either way, that's a really cool piece of gear. I wouldn't watercool my computer even if you paid me (not like it needs it, it's midrange at best) but I love custom-machined shit done by small shops like that.

It's better than an air cooler but a lot worse than a proper liquid cooler, however, the footprint is so tiny this thing can seemingly be jammed into a lunchbox sized case. That's its niche, I guess.

Yeah, unless there are snobs that must have their 4090 whatever i9 thing in a shoebox case, while not risking the house (or shed because they're broke buying PC parts) being set on fire.

Cryptobros are known for trying to fit as much shit in as little space as possible (and also known for sometimes setting their houses on fire).

The craftsmanship is really the biggest selling point. These are basically custom, and according to the video, they're on call if you run into something. It's a very *extra* piece of kit, but if you have the money and want it for a turbo autism build, go for it. You're actually supporting a company trying to innovate instead of play it safe

c'mon now, retards out there are spending $50 per fan because it lights up. There's a market for people who want this bespoke shit. Its not about function, its about form and being in an exclusive club.

I could see it working super well in a steampunk build, and there are plenty of people obsessed over that aesthetic.
