Narrator: He never did that make up stream.
It’s almost as if he’s avoiding being subjected to superchats about MANdy and his Lolcow of the Year award. He was really showing the strain as he struggled to laugh off the award on his steam the other night. I almost had to look away due to secondhand embarrassment (nosenfreude).

I fucking hate his wording when he posts explanations as to why he can't stream. It's always "I have to do this, I have to do that." never "I get to do this, I get to do that.", unless its about going on vacation, of course.

I hope he makes a million dollars.

It's not like Gonzo is going to be able to enforce it.

His estate could. They are probably more competent than Greer.

Sean made some jokes about Nose in his stream last night. 1 near that start as a Star Wars parody (first 5-6 minutes), and 2 between 44 and 48 minutes. It seemed brazen enough that @elb might want to clip them.

The SEC has an open investigation into Rumble.

There's a thread discussing it here.

Of particular interest to this thread is this part (from a WIRED article):

I know a lot of people here are gonna say this is being done because it's an election year, and that may be true, but I also think Rumble's numbers are fucky in a way that could be engineered to try and make the site seem more successful than it is, and defraud investors. They're not mutually exclusive.

Cuper Research is somewhat notorious short-seller. There is a pattern where the SEC starts a non-public investigation of some company, Cuper Research then makes Freedom of Information Act requests for information about that investigation from the SEC totally by chance. Vague information comes back from the SEC in response which while not confirming any wrongdoing drives the price of the stock down in the market which just so happens to make a particular group of people alot of money.

Often minor SEC invetigations get initiated by "tips" from unidentified parties.

But it would of course be TOTALLY IMPOSSIBLE for any group of people to "wag the dog" by short selling a stock, triggering an SEC investigation of that stock, then making an FOIA request which makes public the investigation of the company which then leads to a group of people making alot of money.

I mean if people were doing that in the market and all sorts of other shady stuff under the banner of "short selling", they would certainly themselves be investigated by the SEC for market manipulation.

I'm not saying that Rumble's reported numbers are honest and true, but I would say that more often than not the SEC is on the side of corruption in the financial markets.

What are the chances that Nick lost or deleted CRPs book? Probably fairly high.
Bingo. Even if he somehow does have it, I doubt he'd have the mental wherewithal to begin figuring out how to recover it: Which devices it was on, how it was delivered to him; it could be sitting in his "Pictures" folder buried between years worth of thousands of unorganized jpegs and he'd assume it was completely unrecoverable. "Guys! I swear! If it was still accessible then I'd share it!"

Besides, Nick would probably prefer the scenario where he has the final copy and he holds onto it forever because it makes him special, and giving it to the public would be giving away something special that only he can have. Kinda like Martin Shkreli and that Wu-Tang album, although even Shkreli leaked a couple tracks eventually. He'd probably sooner lie so he can pretend he has the final copy, and then refuse to leak the imaginary pdf.

Let's be real- Coach was a boomer, so he probably sent over a Word .doc, maybe from a dropbox link. He might have been smart enough to do a read-only / no-download thing, maybe? If that was even an easy option 6+ years ago. Assuming it was a file transfer though, you're right- Balldoman lost it, most likely on a machine upgrade.

I mean, Rekieta is a guy who can't keep his email inbox from overflowing, to the point of bouncing emails. There's no way he has a good handle on anything (digital or otherwise).

And surely they don't know about the non-public investigation because they're the ones who snitched with derogatory information (true or not). Because nobody would do anything that sleazy, certainly not the paragons of ethics who are short sellers.

They are so retarded that they believe that 100% of elissa clips audience are nick haters but chose to go and watch the clip, read the comments and then whine about the comments making fun of nick...in the comments.

What Nick did here was scummy, and Elissa was right to do a video on it. This is a man trying to take advantage of somebody facing hardship.

Even if Nick wasn't expecting censorship in return (highly doubtful), the whole thing is stupid because there's literally nothing of value he can offer Null with respect to Greer's bullshit. He's a third-rate lawyer, and his ability to crowdfund for a defense has been severely diminished as evidenced by how little he raised to fend off Monty. Anything Nick could offer would be useless at best, and fuck everything up at worst.

There's no "narrative" here. It's scummy. Rekieta's fans are braindead. The mental gymnastics they employ are ridiculous.

I haven’t been able to upload here directly so here’s some links instead
