Frank's whole schtick is trolling people into losing their cool or getting violent, so he definitely knows how to manage these kinds of situations, something that production obviously trusts him with considering how much leeway Frank and the fish have during his bits. referring to a previous point, you may disagree. frank, as a member of production and someone they know personally, should be trusted not to actually attack a contestant. tay has demonstrated that she should not be trusted.

frank hassling people and grabbing them/their stuff is completely within the realm of fishtank and happened last season, so she should be prepared for it. the point is to get back at him within fishtank rules (like vance/lance did by pouring shit on him and pushing him back, thats the game). tay circumvented the game by forcing production to step in and stop frank. as i said in my original post, the game with her is now broken. whats stopping her from grabbing a 2x4 and threatening him until production comes up everytime he fucks with her?

frank was hired to fuck with the fish and tay is retaliating by forcing production to stop it instead of playing dirty like when she threw piss on him.

ill try to summate my thoughts because i feel like ive been rambling and i dont think tay should be removed. tay should be playing “the game of fishtank” to get back at frank (or trish). by “the game of fishtank” i mean pouring shit on them, insulting them, fucking with their stuff, etc. she shouldnt be punching and threatening to stab people with scissors, not because im a legalfag, but because this puts a complete halt to the game.

I agree that threatening to stab someone isn't in the spirit of Fishtank, but not handling it correctly is 100% on production. The fish have been given hugely mixed signals on how physical violence is handled on the show, and it actually did make Frank stop fucking with her for a little bit. She would be acting completely reasonably to carry the scissors around with her 24/7 and threaten anyone that fucks with her until she gets a clear answer from production about how violence and threats of violence are handled on the show.

Well, besides the fact that it would make her the most entertaining fish and therefore guarantee that she would be the next to be eliminated.

exactly. that was all i was trying to say. the real problem was jets response. he said “since its frank that was fine” and now obviously her best move would be to repeat that interaction anytime she wants him to stop. thats why i originally said it breaks the game.

Frank lost his cool and got violent before any of the fish he was "trolling" did. That's not trolling, it's being a violent retard. I still think Shinji pressing charges would be better revenge than putting him in a doghouse for 15 minutes, it'd be funnier than anything that's happened on this season or the last, and it would have a chance of getting Jet or Sam or somebody to establish what the rules are next season.
