This is Tracing. Drawing over the lines, like Lamby is doing, is transferring lines. EVEN if it's over a person. it's cheating.

You did not provide proof of tracing. You provided proof that she was legally using reference material to make her own art. You failed.
I have no doubt she would've crowed to all of her victory should she have succeeded, but as she failed it's no surprise she refuses to acknowledge the loss.
