Got done watching episode 4, and I genuinely cannot see what people see in the HuskerDust ship. Angel's a hedonistic fag who goes after every man he sees either for business or to drown himself in sorrow, and Husker is just some furfag who doesn't want to deal with anyone else's shit, but somehow this makes him the prine candidate to being Angel's special someone?
It feels so god damn forced, why should Husker be the one to get into Angel's pants, there was no chemistry between them for the first 3 episodes and now there is just because Charlie told him to and we found out he sold himself to Alastor?
Sounds like a foundation for a great friendship.

But this being HH, they must fuck. Viz is making me sound more and more like the bitter feminists in the 2010s...

Friendly reminder that Latinos and blacks, including black Americans, are hating Hazbin hotel and Amazon directly losing subscribers among non-whites over the Hazbin hotel cartoon for its LGBT and satanic themes, and I find it hilarious. Just a small reminder, only white people tolerate LGBT shit in large numbers. Say what you want about Tim Pool. He even knows Hazbin hotel will be hated among people of color.
Dude, even WDWPro is covering this! It's hilarious going through the comments and seeing people trying to explain Hazbin to Pro like the boomer he is.

I wanted to like the song Poison simply because I tend to enjoy 80's music altogether, but aside from the instrumentals used (And the presets they utilized back in that decade), there isn't much reason for me to listen outside the show setting.

The single greatest scene in the show so far was one of the egg minions getting stuck in the elevator while the rest watch.
It was very subtle, relatively dry but endearing to me. Only to have that egg seldom appear, not even on camera during the lame song that transpires among the overlords.

Edit: The scene with Niffty repeatedly throwing herself off the stage could've be more amusing, and less work, had she barely been in the shot. Only during the fall, perhaps. Less is more sometimes, watch some classic Looney Tunes, Viv.

As shitty as her redesign was, I distinctly remember being slightly excited for it, because it looked much more jagged and confident, and I always got the feeling that pilot Charlie's naivete and uwu kindess was gonna get pretty grating later on.
Turns out the reason the design doesn't even remotely resemble a nervous princess of hell who's too dumb to use her authority was always just shitty design choice and Viv's fetish for the color red almost being as strong as her fetish for gay boy rape, and Charlie's naive nature was just gonna be amplified ten fold.
Like, this version of Charlie wouldn't have even gotten in a fight with Katie Killjoy, she'd just sit there and listen to Brandon Rogers talk in a slightly higher voice than usual.
This frustrates me. If there's a depiction of a well intended, kind person, who has to learn how to retain kindness but also grow a backbone in media, tell me, I'd love to see it. I was hoping for Charlie to have that arc, but Vivz is just going to go zomgrandom caricature shit in her fucking thirties instead.

Huh. Am i right about the hate?
Well, the few who are still hoping about this huge mess, i wish you luck.

but that got dropped for more Imp-jester style.
This is what I've heard on why the angels look demonic:

Basically that being in hell makes angels look demonic and heaven the opposite and same for Sinner and other demons:

As much as the show sucks videos like this and Tim Pool's are click bait for their right wing audience. The vast majority who have Amazon Prime subs probably don't know what Hazbin is and find it dumb to unsub for one show amongst thousands it has.

Also don't care this is a double post fuck you. This sounds fucking retarded... especially for the fact heaven sends angels to kill demons. How are these fuckers not friendly firing each other? This is like saying if an army invades another they wear their uniform. Sounds retardeed and like Vizzie is a hack.

Is this her way of saying that deep down, we're all just the same? An angel who enters Hell is indistinguishable from a demon and vice versa for Heaven?

This seems to be a problem with a lot of female MCs in the current era of animated/YA entertainment. People are starting to really hate the adorkable, quirky girl archetype when the character isn't explicitly sheltered/naive. After a quick search, Charlie's supposed to represent a woman in her 20s, but she acts like a young teen. I'm supposed to believe this character is a princess. Really harkens back to my RP days where every female character was a princess of this or that. It's a lazy way to make your character seem important, but if the actual weight of that role isn't considered, it becomes just a title with no bearing. Charlie would be better off as a literally who character trying to climb her way up Hell's hierarchy as a businesswoman than as she is now because she is wholly incompetent.

I'm glad the apple didn't fall far from the tree and Charlie is just like Lucifer meaning her partner is easily the glue that holds this shit together.

And Charlie didn't turn into an angel when she met Adam because...? Or am I mistaken and Adam actually came down to hell himself?

After white knighting for Dick Masterson, EVS and Vito the pedo against Eric July. Romanian Tvee is now white Knighting for Verbalase.

Latinos are far more religious than whites in North America. Even ignoring how religious Latinos are. African Americans are so famous for being superstitious. Not even the mainstream media that has down play on black crime admits that black Americans are superstitious. African Americans are freaking out over magic tricks was a video genre at one time. Superstitious people will think watching a show about demons being good guys is bad luck.

When Princess Peach from the Mario movie has more of a backbone than your princess, you know you're doing something wrong.

What’s funny is that he had the right approach to this situation by not acknowledging it at all. Sure people are meming on him now but memes last like 2 seconds nowadays. Admittedly this situation is something that he’ll probably always be remembered for that will make its way into the annals of animation history (kinda like the PowerPuff Girls writer who made a self-insert character that he made Blossom’s love interest), but remember his main audience is literal children who would have no clue about what transpired and just want to watch his beatboxing videos.

Instead he acknowledged the situation with a video that is like every fucking other YouTuber apology ever.
James Rolfe literally laid the groundwork for responding to internet drama with the Ghostbusters 2016 thing…You just ignore it and it’ll go away.

If true that’s gotta sting since I’m pretty sure VivziePop is a Latina (based on her surname).

I’m pretty sure the entire concept of Charlie’s character was “Disney princess but she’s princess of Hell”. Pretty bizarre then that they are making her a pushover then.

This series really needed an audience surrogate, aka, a newcomer of Hell that is completely freaked out that not only he is in Hell but he is unrecognizable from his human self (they never explore how fucked that must be, to look at your own reflection and see you are not how you remembered anymore).

Lets call him "Sanny" (as in "sinner"). He just landed in Hell, freaks out, probably gets run off by a car (kind like in the opening of the pilot) and slowly and painfully recovers in an ally. Sanny gets out, looks himself in a mirror and is horrified. He asks around where he is and some annoyed bystander just straight up tells him he is in Hell.

"As in, damnation?"
"Total damnation"
"Fire and brimstone? Eternal suffering?!"
"Its not so bad. You get used to it. Or you know, you dont, doesnt fucking matter. Welcome aboard, fag."
"NO! THIS IS A MISTAKE! YOU GOT THE WRONG GUY! I DONT BELONG HERE!!"
"Buaah buaaaah! Keep crying, soon this place will give you a reason to cry about...watch your ass and I mean that literally, Hell is worse-"
"Worse?"

The demon falls dead with an arrow on his back, Sanny looks and see angels coming down, the extermination had begun. Sanny survives with pure luck and because some angels took more pleasure in harder game...Sanny was just too easy. When it seems he is about to get killed by one, while pleading to God for mercy, a bell rings, signifying the end of the extermination. The angel looks down at him and tells him it will meet him "next time" before flying away. We just see Hell in bloody ruins while these beings of light disappear into the skies.

Sanny just looks up in religious horror...until a demon comes out of the trashcan nearby and mocks him for having pissed himself. He just watches everyone leaving their shelters and just resuming their day like nothing happened. He asks around what the hell was that and one of them just explains the extermination happened and for him to get used to it...

"Is there anyone in here not fucking insane?!"

Sanny just roams the streets of Hell, just thinking that this isnt the Hell he imagined and read about it.

"Its like if California fully embraced Satanism instead of just partially...tho it smells a tiny bit better...urgh, only a bit."

But why he was here? He says he did everything right. What else he didnt do? And sending him here was really a fitting punishment? He just begins to lose hope and just sits against the wall, in total misery. He looks at the pentagon on the sky and prays to God to give him another chance, he doesnt know what he did to piss him off but if he gives him one last chance to leave, he will take it. When he is done, he sees some demons watching some TV inside a store and this is where Sanny sees Charlie's segment in the news. He didnt catch everything but he did catch the parts about redemption and leaving Hell and NOT being exterminated...so he knows he has to partake in this.

The pilot goes the same except Sanny enters in before Alastor and he is the one that asks who is he (since the pilot just kind of shrugs off Angel somehow not knowing who he is). Charlie is just glad to have someone that actually WANTS redemption.

"Oh I want redemption, so much. In fact, I shouldnt even be here. So all in all, my stay here should be relatively short. So, what we do? Do I gotta say some magic spell or pledge my soul to God or something?"

And its clear that there is no official way out of there, they just gotta keep experimenting and trying.

"Thats fantastic. For real, it is. I mean, look at me. I spent my whole life doing good deeds, turns out, 'oops, that wasnt enough' and get sent here after a death that I still cant recall how it went down and then Im told there is a way out and NOW I am told that there technically isnt! This really is Hell because I feel a whole lot MISERABLE right fucking now!"

Charlies tell him that is the path of redemption isnt suppose be easy...If it was easy, Hell wouldnt have much of a population. Who knows, if he is ready to take the first path, he may be the first one to cross that finish line and others will follow. And worst case scenario, assuming there isnt, then at least he will be among friends in there. Sanny actually shares a small smile and decides to stick around.

Really feels like Sanny would give more credit to Charlie's plan because she found a demon that legit wants to redeem himself and get into Heaven. Also I imagined Sanny is the "funny coward that slowly learns to be brave" type of character, with also there being the ambiguity if he really deserves to be here or if this somehow was a fuck up from Heaven. It leaves intrigue brought over by this newcomer.

That was my take, give me her budget now so I can Snoot Game this.
I don't think Viv is a good person to tackle christian/hell themes given that she has 0 understanding of hell and the whole symbolism.

Writing a abuse/human traficking victim comes off in poor taste, given that she has 0 firsthand or secondhand experience of human traficking/sexual abuse.

The problem is the complete incompetency in writing characters like, say, Angel Dust. She wants to make them these snarky smartasses with a dark past yet have a good heart. Its trying to have your cake and eat it too.
