I've been lurking on Kiwi Farms since 2018. I just recently made an account. I would love to help fund a lawsuit against one of the myriad of tech companies that have screwed us over.

Found this weird article from the SPLC about how Epik was supposedly hacked in 2021, leading to the release of "150 gigabytes of the company’s operations and customer records, including domain purchases, payment histories and account information." 36 hours later, they received just under $3,000,000 worth of bitcoin from an unknown source. Schizo theory: the U.S. government paid Epik to release the info under a bogus "hacker" story.

The original response about KF has been up for almost a full day now. If there were adults who were going to rein in a rogue zoomer, they would have done so by now. The fact that the tweet is still up means there are no responsible adults who see a problem with the tweet, or they aren't monitoring their own spokesperson as he spreads defamation. Either way, like Null said, the damage is done and they're liable.

Literally as I was typing this, the retard came back from a 6 hour break to quadruple down, in a pinned tweet no less:

(Edit: I just noticed in this tweet, they've downgraded to mere "porn", not child porn. Maybe that's a backdown, but combined with the language on all the other retard tweets, I'm still leaning towards a foreign ESL intern who doesn't emphasize important words or concepts properly.)

Someone seems to check in on Twitter about once every 10-14 days, switching between self-promotion, spam responses, and individual responses. It's somewhat less retarded back in September, full retard starting about a month ago.

This almost feels like a job that someone had, then they got fired and the regular logins stopped. Random managers would login and check whenever they remembered the Twitter account was around. Then at some point, maybe December, an outsourced intern inherited it as another bi-weekly task, and he's fucking it up.

It might be interesting to see which Epik-related LinkedIn profiles changed or upgraded a job title in December 2023.

My vote is to sue Epik ONLY IF you can (1) find a great lawyer, (2) a jurisdiction (district + appeals) which you believe would be favorable, (3) the ability to accept donations in regular currencies, and (4) the mental and financial bandwidth to open & sustain another front.

i dont know what the fuck is going on but this is absolutely no way for any company to be acting. they have 2 choices now. either apologize and get rid of this retard running their social media account or get sued into oblivion. i hope anyone using epik drop them no matter what happens because its clear they are falling apart from the inside.

i cant even find a clear answer on who actually runs epik at the moment. ive seen some things saying its still rob monster but other things saying its not him at all but nothing seems to mention who else it could be. its very odd.
